A bit disappointed to wait 15mins past my pick up time. But the staff here are overworked with a table full of mobile orders. So gotta give them credit. Food is always good.

Accurate with their orders, the creamy chocolate chill has tasted different these past few weeks I don't know if they changed the chocolate they use for it which is unfortunate. I am not a fan of the new taste. It's like Wanna-Be fancy tasting chocolate and its too much, the old taste was better. I used to order it all the time- it was the only drink I ordered from Tims but now that it tastes different, I don't think I will be buying this new tasting chocolate chill. I have ordered multiple times in different days and at different locations and they all seem to be rolling out this new tasting creamy chocolate chill. Rip old Creamy Chocolate Chill you will be missed.

Great place for Tim's. I can go down any time at work for a coffee. Sometimes its extremely busy with students, but overall staff is great and orders are always accurate.

Parking: Unless you work here, parking can be a challenge.

Can only get part of the order right. Ordered a xl coffee and 2 muffins. Got a tea instead. Guess having to repeat orders multiple times now so they get it right. This will be one that will not be serving me again.

This Tim’s is a bit hit and miss sometimes however SHIRLEY. She’s great! She always has amazing customer service and her ice coffee always hits. She definitely deserves a pay raise for always making my day better overall and starting it right with like hand downs the best ice coffee. ??

served by a super nice girl, best timmies on campus by far!! came to get a quick snack and drink, so I'm not sure on how good their other food options are. it's also pretty empty compared to the other food places on campus considering I came during peak lunch hours! (maybe max 5 people in line at once)

I ordered 12 donuts and they gave me only 6. But I didn’t check until the lab meeting started. Guess what, when I get back there to pick my missing item up, the staff said it is long time ago and they are acting like I am the one not telling the truth! Nobody said sorry for making this lowest level of mistake even. Actually, it is their fault causing inconvenience to me! I have to go back there again for one order. Worst service ever
