Fine for serving food and drinks but would not give me ice for my badly hurt finger I needed to ice immediately even when I offered to pay! When I explained my situation and showed my black and blue finger nail, they still said no. Went to the Starbucks in ECHA and they said yes, no charge, no questions asked. Very disappointed considering that 20 minutes prior to this, I purchased a drink from there.

Don’t use your Tim’s gift card at this location. I ordered a medium coffee . when I later checked my balance and history on the Tim’s app I was charged for a 11.30 order I never purchased. I reached out to customer service who forwarded my concern to this location and I have yet to hear from them . Absolutely horrible service

Tim Hortons: A consistently pleasant experience! The service was friendly and efficient, even during peak hours. My order was prepared quickly and accurately. The food was delicious; I especially enjoyed the [mention a specific food item, e.g., freshly baked blueberry muffin and the classic iced cappuccino]. Everything was fresh and tasted great. Highly recommend!

Ordered a crispy chicken wrap today and it wasn’t fully cooked, can still see pink as per attached pic. Not impressed whatsoever, this is a food establishment and should know better.

Busy location with great staff. Servicing the pharmacy students and hospital staff, this location is easily the busiest I’ve ever seen. My order is never wrong, always delicious and the employees are always kind. All the staff deserve a raise!

A bit disappointed to wait 15mins past my pick up time. But the staff here are overworked with a table full of mobile orders. So gotta give them credit. Food is always good.
