Absolutely disgusted with the service and the food that I received today. I ordered a steep tea with milk and sugar a french vanilla and three smile cookies for my kids. I got home and I have 2.5 smile cookies and the French vanilla tastes like water. Not to mention that I placed my order I was the only car there pulled up to the window and sat there for 4 minutes watching through the window as they I don't know what they were doing before somebody came to the window and acknowledged me and the gentleman that did come to the window to take my payment was picking his nose. I'm sorry this is disgusting. I went to this location cuz it's across the street from my son's school. Yeah not going back. I will drive out of my way next time. To get the correct order and actual service and you know maybe somebody that meets the health codes

ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE ⚠️‼️I had a torn calf muscle and placed a mobile order through the drive-through, which was open on the app. When I arrived, the drive-through was blocked off and inaccessible. I was forced to struggle painfully to go inside, only to be told by a 7/11 employee (this location is shared) that nobody from Tim Hortons had shown up.
I had already paid for my order, yet there was no way to get my food or even a refund. There were no signs, no communication, and no notice whatsoever, despite the store being listed as open at 6:00 a.m. I placed my order at 6:02 and waited until 6:56 (Nearly an hour) hoping someone would arrive before I had to leave for an appointment. They did not. No other Tim Hortons locations that I called were helpful in any way either, refusing to make take my order there or provide any suggestions
This is abysmal and completely unacceptable service. I’m now out both my money and my order, and it’s appalling that such a large company allows this kind of negligence. If the location isn’t open or staffed, the app and drive-through should not be accepting orders. I expect this issue to be addressed immediately, and I’d appreciate a refund and apology for what was an absolutely ridiculous, abysmal and harmful experience.
UPDATE: They reached out to me and despite seemingly not reading the review as they asked me all of the details that were already carefully laid out in the review (time, problem, location, etc.) they offered me a $10 gift card and a small sandwich for compensation. I appreciate their effort to make amends. I had hoped they could also inform as to why they were not open to help provide understanding and forgiveness but he would only say that they are investigating.

Old coffee and only 4 different doughnuts
No washroom.
Typical Timmy's. I find it too warm to sit in the store, not a good place for me to have a meeting.

Canadian people always love Timmy
6:30 and no coffee wow
Tried to spend $100 here on food and was told my money wasn’t good because of “company policy” not to take $100 bills. If the issue is counterfeit worries, then invest in a blue pen or scanner instead of refusing a customer’s payment. I had three credit cards on me and money is never an issue, but I was still turned away. Very frustrating and disheartening to be treated like that when you’re willing to spend.
