Super slow and shitty service. No food. Only coffee. They cannot handle making coffee in a timely manner. It takes about 30min to get one coffee per car. Goodluck on you work break haha

The person working at 615am on Sept 23 2024. Was on there phone well I waited at thr till.i said excuse me so I could order they look up look down and go back to there cell phone. This tim Hortons is the worst it needs new ownership

Worst experience this time Horton is very close to my house and i go there after every 1 or 2 days and i always order steep tea and today i ordered same but they gave me coffee and when i came back to there and told them about the coffee they charged me more money for the tea and said i ordered coffee at that time.

Worst experience ever at this Tim hortans. Went around 9:35 am and ordered 2 coffee , 1 cookie and 1 bagel !! The guy who was taking the order I told him can u replace butter with cream cheese while ordering at the drive thru! When I went to pay I asked the price he said 10.34 , I confronted and said can u repeat the order , he said yea 2 bagels. I then told him politely it’s 1 bagel only. The lady working at the coffee station yelled and said no u order two and started arguing. I believe this is unacceptable!!! Not this kind of customer service is ever acceptable. Worst store ever. Higher management — please hire professional and educated staff.

Would give zero stars if i could. This tim hortons was closed and still accepting online orders. I placed an order here and paid for it online only to find out that they were closed. They were listed open on Google and the Tims app. So they basically stole my money. Thankfully another tims helped me out and gave me the order for free. I asked for the owner or manager but the person working the Convenience Store couldn’t tell me. Completely horrible service. No manager or owner to help. Would have lost my money if it wasnt for the amazing argylle tim hortons down the road. Better to take your business there.

I recently visited Tim Hortons and unfortunately had an extremely disappointing experience with their customer service. The staff members (2 Ladies wearing glasses)were unresponsive and seemed disinterested in assisting customers They were slow in taking orders and didn't show any sense of urgency in serving customers. Additionally, when I raised a concern about my order, the staff member was dismissive and unapologetic. Overall, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had at a Tim Hortons location.
