Tim Hortons Albany never disappoints! The service is always quick, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. My orders are consistently accurate, which I really appreciate. Their new menu items are definitely worth trying, too. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a reliable and affordable coffee stop!

They don't know how to make coffee. I asked for a triple coffee and it turned out to be without sugar or cream. My husband went to change the coffee and they just gave me sugar and told me to add it myself. We ended up getting our money back and I went to try my luck again. It ended up being the same thing. I asked them to redo the coffee and they did, but with some indignation from the madam, working at the cash register today at 8:40 pm. Pls teach them how to do simple things like coffee.
