As per customer service no complaint but when it comes to the manager to please a simple petition of a white egg, it was a straight refuse, it isn't hard to cracked and egg and take the yolk out but it is easier to say no, they are so concentrated on work fast but not to please.Timmy's owner......I did call the customer care center before I did write the review and they told me I can only ask what is in the menu and that it was the manager decision to please my order, well I did ask but like I said, speed first than quality customer service.

I came in this morning at 4am, drive threw is closed even though the store claims to be 24hrs. I called the store and they said they open at 4:15am so I sit and wait. Low and behold they don’t open the drive threw at 4:15am I waited until 4:20am with patience then I went to the door because I have now patiently waited 20 mins even though they are supposed to be 24hr as they have listed. I was rudely waved away to go back to the drive through. Staff was extremely rude. Maybe change your 24hr store hours and change to something that your staff actually follow. Will go anywhere then the Tim Hortons in Albany. My money is going to a franchise who cares about how the business is run. Do better Tim Hortons Albany owner. Step up and be a boss and follow your hours posted or change them. Don’t waste others time.

I ordered a too good to go box. They claim to have 15 dollars worth of food in them with a wide assortment of things they put in it for 5 dollars. I got 4 glazed donuts and 2 plain donuts. When I called to ask how they can claim there’s 15 dollars worth of food in them and I get 6 plain old donuts I was told the morning people make the boxes and that I can’t be refunded. What an absolute scam.Update: I was refunded the money, glad they admitted I was wronged. I updated to 3 stars for the service to reflect that

I despise Tims. But had no choice. Food was cold. Had to explain to the order taker, what a lemonade is. Three times.
It’s always a great experience with TimHortons especially the my favourite coffee Latte. I always enjoy the taste and the environment.Parking: Lots of free parking lots available.
Lady at the window was extremely rude. I will never be going back. Basically threw my food at me. Zero patience.

Ordered cinnamon raisin bagel - asked for double toasted and they gave double black and burnt.. took one bite spit it out. Also got coffees and teas which were fine.
