This was my go-to as we live walking distance from the mall but I went there yesterday to see it was permanently closed ? There goes my convenient iced capp fix sigh

Waiting for 8 minute before I'm told I have to wait another 6 minutes for my wedges....the the mean time I observe the lady picking out old scraps left over cold before she throws the rest in the garbage. If your gonna make me wait 14 minutes for wedges give me the fresh ones. All and all as a whole time Hortons is not the place it used to be, keeps going down hill with quality. Get your stuff together, cause right now 711 is better than you guys

I love this place, specially the staff. They are amazing. I love to stop by there everyday to have my espresso :)

I used the automated order kiosk and stood there waiting for my order for 10 mins while the lady just served other people there were 2 other people working and not one looked at the order screen. They werent even busy. I finally had to say something before I finally got my order. Whats the point of having those machines if they arent going to pay attention to them

Cute little location inside the mall in the food court. There's also self serve kiosk to pay instead of waiting in line. Lots of seniors go to this location.

I should have checked again, paid for 20 ended up with only 14, AGAIN. I normally don't post reviews but this has to stop. If there weren't enough I should have been told.
Was very difficult to understand what the woman was saying. The food was meh at best. Don't even know why I went here for lunch, should have known better

Took way too long to make a turkey bacon this new self-serve options are supposed to help speed things up but only 2 workers

Good spot but tables are usually not cleaned for dine-in. Expecting better sanitation specially this pandemic time
