Bad service always. If the manager is there line up is fast if he is not around everyone is lazy. Saw 1 staff touching his mask with a gloves and use the same gloves to get the donut. Sucks! This morning I bought a coffee pay for it and I got only 3/4 full.. they use same gloves the entire time serving food. Yucks!

A few times my coffee tasted off. Either their coffee is sitting for a while, or their machine isn't being cleaned properly. I threw mine out, but when I asked politely if the lady could remake my friends coffee one time, she very rudely refused. and said his taste buds are the problem. he also left his coffee on the counter infront of her to throw away. I miss when places used to care about customer satisfaction, i wasn't asking for a lot. I would call and complain to the manger but she wasn't wearing a name tag either.

Only giving them one star because I can’t give them minus 5 worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to and I been to some bad Tim Hortons ordered a farmers wrap with extra sauce didn’t even get a regular amount confronted them on it and they said oh it got extra sauce I open it up and there Less than a teaspoon of sauce will never go there again

I understand its busy thats why I ordered with the app so I could just pick up and go. But my wrap gat made as a bowl. I told them and they were just about to dump the contents of the bowl into a tortilla. I had to speak up and tell them to make it fresh. Guess there lots of errors today according to other customers waiting .

They have screens that say they offer all varieties.... But when you have waited in line you go to the cash and they only serve cold sandwiches. What an absolute disappointment. Why don't you turn off the screens and just say cold food only? Why do you waste people's time and energy? It's a hospital, you can stop looking at profits for just once and serve these people what you're known for. It is better you don't stay open. Just close at 10pm. Really. There is no point.

I ordered 2 crean and 2 sugar but it was made wrong. No written on cup as well. Customer service is not good. No greetings made like hello good morning. Just say next please. I know it was busy but Tim hortons is always been busy. Sayong a good morning in a starting day specially if you are located in a hospital that makes a day of every patient.

Ever since AHS food services staff were replaced, the service has been awful. I either do not receive a drink after spending my entire break waiting for a mobile order, or my order is incorrect. I pay EXTRA to add some cheese and they somehow remove ALL cheese. There is a longer wait than ever. If you open mobile service why aren't you staffed? This is inside a hospital, most of your customers are staff who have to waste half their break even walking to the building only to receive consistently incorrect orders.

I don’t know what’s been happening at this location recently. They have been so backed up with their orders compared to the last few weeks. I usually order through the app before getting there, and my order would be ready by the time I get there or I’d just wait a couple minutes. But these past few days has been really frustrating. When I get there now after placing a mobile order a couple minutes prior, it’s not ready. I mean, it is fine. But, instead of waiting like 2-4 mins, I waited up to 10 minutes or even more just for my order. It’s also really frustrating seeing people that ordered after me get their orders before I got mine. Isn’t the entire point of mobile ordering to skip the line? I might’ve as well just waited in line and ordered. It’s really disappointing.

By the way, someone in line, which placed their order after me, got their order before I got mine and we ordered the same thing, just online for mine. Make it make sense. Don’t even bother placing a mobile order, they don’t honour it.

I’m glad that this place is open 24 hours so I can buy food and drinks during overnight. I wish that they’d make some donuts available because not everyone can have a sandwich in the middle of the night. Also, can you emphasize with your staff on how important it is to change their gloves when making food??!! It’s gross that they’re wiping surfaces using cloth then proceed making food or even use gloves to wipe something then make food with the SAME gloves. It’s unsanitary, unsafe and unhealthy.

Very poor customer service
A older guy helped us we wanted extra sweet in our coffee he said should i put the whole bottle in it instead!!!! Like i am paying for it i can ask as much sweet i want. Plus he over charged me for syrup he did it in purpose..
I was pulling up my points card out he said data will not work down stairs so just pay for order and leave. He didn't waited for me to pull out my points card on phone.
The girl who make our drinks she made both extra sweet. When i asked her to remake it as i only wanted one sweet she added more milk and gave to me it was still so sweet.
I asked them to remake it as i paid for it and i wanted correct order. Very rude customer service. And over charged for our drinks.
