Ever since AHS food services staff were replaced, the service has been awful. I either do not receive a drink after spending my entire break waiting for a mobile order, or my order is incorrect. I pay EXTRA to add some cheese and they somehow remove ALL cheese. There is a longer wait than ever. If you open mobile service why aren't you staffed? This is inside a hospital, most of your customers are staff who have to waste half their break even walking to the building only to receive consistently incorrect orders.

I don’t know what’s been happening at this location recently. They have been so backed up with their orders compared to the last few weeks. I usually order through the app before getting there, and my order would be ready by the time I get there or I’d just wait a couple minutes. But these past few days has been really frustrating. When I get there now after placing a mobile order a couple minutes prior, it’s not ready. I mean, it is fine. But, instead of waiting like 2-4 mins, I waited up to 10 minutes or even more just for my order. It’s also really frustrating seeing people that ordered after me get their orders before I got mine. Isn’t the entire point of mobile ordering to skip the line? I might’ve as well just waited in line and ordered. It’s really disappointing.
By the way, someone in line, which placed their order after me, got their order before I got mine and we ordered the same thing, just online for mine. Make it make sense. Don’t even bother placing a mobile order, they don’t honour it.

I’m glad that this place is open 24 hours so I can buy food and drinks during overnight. I wish that they’d make some donuts available because not everyone can have a sandwich in the middle of the night. Also, can you emphasize with your staff on how important it is to change their gloves when making food??!! It’s gross that they’re wiping surfaces using cloth then proceed making food or even use gloves to wipe something then make food with the SAME gloves. It’s unsanitary, unsafe and unhealthy.

Very poor customer service
A older guy helped us we wanted extra sweet in our coffee he said should i put the whole bottle in it instead!!!! Like i am paying for it i can ask as much sweet i want. Plus he over charged me for syrup he did it in purpose..
I was pulling up my points card out he said data will not work down stairs so just pay for order and leave. He didn't waited for me to pull out my points card on phone.
The girl who make our drinks she made both extra sweet. When i asked her to remake it as i only wanted one sweet she added more milk and gave to me it was still so sweet.
I asked them to remake it as i paid for it and i wanted correct order. Very rude customer service. And over charged for our drinks.

Ordered a bacon farmers wrap with EXTRA chipotle sauce and I think they gave me like a spurt of it, Literally did NOT have any chipotle sauce after the first bite. I sont usually rant but if im paying extra for it and not get it- im just getting scammed here. I dont know if they need more workers or a bigger location but the service is slow and the food quality is inconsistent, very disappointing.

Seen a Tim’s employee. Older Asian lady with short hair use the public washroom and not wash her hands. Followed to where she was going and went back to work at the tims. Disgusting. So unsanitary especially in a hospital.
The lady that works at night with purple hair I think her name is marianne. She was working on March 10 2025 at 2:30 am. She’s so rude and needs to be fired . I asked a question of what kind of sandwiches they have at night since I know the menu is limited and the screen was off , she replied to me so rudely with so much attitude . She also was handling money with gloves on that she continued using after to make my sandwhich . She removed the gloves AFTER she already took the change from the costumer and then blew air back into them and put them back in . So disgusting I will never eat from there again when she is on shift . She isn’t following health and safety regulations and especially at a hospital ??? I threw out my sandwhich and was grossed out all night thinking about how many times I ate a nasty sandwhich that was prepared by her . I’ve told all my colleagues about this incident and not to eat from there again because everyone should be aware of this health and safety concern because the last thing we need is to get sick because of poor hygiene from this establishment.
Prior to this incident I have seen her be rude to her colleagues telling them “ are you blind the medium cups are right here” right in front of customers . You guys should think twice before letting this disgusting woman work there again . It’s 2025 we shouldn’t need to put up with bullies and harassment especially at her grown age

Worst service ever my order done 5 minut later than should be, during waiting I heard that people made fun from my name omlet cold but the worst i get only half of my order, so money gone from my account but i did not get half of ordered food,. Every time I feel like no respect. Why Tim horton has an online orders when it does not work. No respeckt, meny times overcharged becouse serving half of order, never on time. I think is time to cancell timhorton ap, and never go there again

That lineup did not move. Terrible service higher more people there it’s a hospital. People don’t have forever to wait.

Very slow, can't get orders right. Ordered through app a bottle of smart water and a chicken bacon wrap with cheese. No smart water available, settle for the cheaper bottle and my wrap had no cheese. Not very bright people.

Absolutely the slowest Tim’s on the planet. 6 people working, 5 walking around with ‘busy work’ doing everything but actually preparing food or taking orders. This is what it would look like if you sedated heavily a bunch of random people and let them go behind the counter.
It actually is fascinating to observe!!! And Observe we can as we line up for 20-30 minutes for a coffee.

We were hungry and tired after hours of treatment at the hospital. An Indian lady in the staff made our day. She suggested the best quinoa salad bowl that was filling and the coffee was the most delicious French Vanila I ever had. Thank you for the amazing service
