It's gotten worse over the yrs as far as I'm concerned. It's the same product basically as before . I find more and more of these restaurants are lacking in good staff that can speak good English . I also find that if it is younger staff , they just don't care about the service end of it . It's a shame . What was once a truly proud Canadian food chain , is slowly becoming the opposite . At least you know what your getting when you walk in .

You guys need to fire Judy (assistant manager) and other girl I can remember the name . I can write a book about their rude behaviour . This Tim hortons is very convenient to my workplace but they make it very inconvenient. I can provide you with workers if you can’t find them . For example today an elderly person asked politely that why the one section of the store was closed . Judy replied ‘ BECAUSE I DID’ .
This is not your home. It’s a workplace and you need to work ethics . I have seen lots of review about them. Please take and action otherwise you are losing my business and my workers as well (all 23 of them) .

Came in at 7:15 with two employees on shift. A middle-aged woman and a young adult. The young person was struggling with trying to keep up and the older woman refused to help them out for a prolonged period of 10 mins. The young person didn’t know how to make a turkey stack, and she completely ignored them. After another 10 or so minutes she BEGRUDGINGLY had to help them. Showed no patience, guidance, leadership or empathy.

I ordered a chai latte, the cashier punched it in wrong as a more expensive drink, then put regular coffee in a cup with a chai tea bag. Bad drink, bad experience. This tim hortons sucks

The donut I had was not toasted. The parking lot has potholes that are unbelievably deep and present throughout the lot and will wreak your car.
