I ordered a chai latte, the cashier punched it in wrong as a more expensive drink, then put regular coffee in a cup with a chai tea bag. Bad drink, bad experience. This tim hortons sucks

The donut I had was not toasted. The parking lot has potholes that are unbelievably deep and present throughout the lot and will wreak your car.

Google hours are not correct. Says open until 10 but door sign says closes at 9!
Found the WORST tim hortons in the city, parking lot full of horrible pot holes, get here no one in line and still had to wait 5 min before the employee turned to help, it is 9:54am and they have no breakfast food ready so another 10+ min wait UNBELIEVABLE avoid this place like a PLAGUE.

I will never go back to this store. The lack of concern for the customers ability to drive and park safely is very concerning. There is over 8 pit holes in the very small parking lot! Two of which are the size of a small car!!! The giant pot hole right in the middle gives you very little space to go anywhere but in once you tune in and see it your stuck!!! Absolutely disrespectful. It’s been like this for years and recently 10x worse I see!
Told the manager and she said she told the owner! If everyone speaks up for what we pay for and the customers are seen as the reason you have a Buisness maybe just maybe we can be respected one day!

Avoid and make the extra drive to get to another Tim Hortons. The wrap Judy made before the order was completed and then the was hard on the cashier because he didn't close the order yelling across the store. I replied to her the order isn't finished yet. She rolled her eyes and went to the back leaving the wrap open and exposed getting cold for approx 5 mins. They didn't have sausage then said they didn't have crossiants even though I saw them sitting on a tray behind the staff. Judy was very angry. Slamming oven doors and making food hastily like she didn't want to be there. It was the Worst Tim Hortons experience I've had in a decade. No drive through, poor customer service. Zero stars. Do better guys.

My God, this has to be the worst Tim's in the city. Every time I stop by this one, horrible and slow service. The parking lot has a million potholes as well. Avoid if possible!

I won’t be back simply because of the “supervisor” Judy. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. A customer came in whose first language clearly wasn’t English. He was having trouble ordering coffee and she essentially belittled him for it “if your asking for creamer that isn’t black” “that’s why I asked if you wanted cream and sugar” and then she proceeded to speak to her co worker about the customer in Tagalog. I’m Caucasian who can speak fluent Tagalog and understood every single word she said. Being from a different country herself she should understand what it’s like…..
She should also be disgusted and ashamed in the way she’s speaking to people and about people…..

Where to start ? The staff is lazy and very rude . It took me 10 minutes to get one bowl of chilli and a small coffee . I basically got my order thrown at me , no smile , no thank you , no nothing . This isn’t the first time either . Then try to get a pizza . They advertise but don’t have it ? For weeks ? Bottom line is I’m done with place . It’s a joke .

The worst service I've ever experienced. Team members lack knowledge and are slow. The supervisor is rude and does not have any idea about customer service. I recommend everyone to stay away from this location.
