The service is bad in the drive there’s five people in the drive-throughwindow, not even get my exact order. I need to pay twice because they said didn’t charge me but on the screen everything is there. I have a bad experience in this location.

Service was quick, ordered two turkey bacon clubs but one sandwich had hair in it and the other we found a small bug. Check attached photo. Pretty gross, and not my first bad experience with Tim’s

Store was closed for renovations Feb 19 but a mobile order transaction still went through and was still charged to my credit card rather than reversed. This is theft.

I really luck this 2 guys walks with outside food and takes a table and starts eating and the staffs never said anything about it I give 2 🌟 🌟

The worst service ever , avoid this tim hortons and the 157 st n stony plain locations , they are both owned and operated by the same people who obviously dont care about customers or service , from wrong orders to rude service and super slow service , look at all their reviews , it's the owners fault for not dealing with these ongoing problems voiced by so many customers so avoid this location and the 157 st n stony plain location unless you want problems and rudeness and a ling wait

This was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The service was painfully slow, disorganized, and completely careless. Staff members acted as if customers were an inconvenience rather than the reason they’re employed. No greeting, no apology, no accountability — just blank stares and rude attitudes.

I SPECIFICALLY ORDERED 4 CUSTARD TART THEY GAVE ME 3 CUSTARD AND 1 PECAN. You should call your customer first if its ok to replace the order coz some are allergic with it.

Service is so poor. In the morning time just right now when i posting review the staff was not busy when i asked for washroom key they didn’t open it for almost 10 minutes and when i again asked them they were laughing with each other and kind pf harassed me for asking for washroom. They were rude and zero civic sense how to deal with customers.

My son and I were there to pick up breakfast for the family, but my son wanted a Loaded Bowl. It was in the morning and the shop was still serving breakfast. The wonderful lady at the counter really knew the operation. She quickly confirmed with her teammates as she knew the ingredients were being prepared. She made it possible for my son to have the food he wanted. It's amazing to witness someone go above and beyond to fulfill a little boy's wish, and I am really grateful.

DONT EVER ASK TO USE THE WASHROOM HERE BECAUSE THEY WILL WAIT 10 MONS AFTER YOU GET A COFFEE AND PAY FOR FOR IT WITH CASH AND STILL RAN AROUBD LIKE MONKEYS AND THEN 10 MINS AFTER YOU ASK THEY WILL TELL THE GUY TO OPEN IT NEVER BEEN AT A PLACE SO SADD!!!! IN MY LIFE!!!¡¡

The guy during night shift on Sunday refused to give coffee and told me we do not operate drive thru if u don't come by a car and Google also shows it's 24 hours but he should disrespect and acted unprofessional. I even requested that I'll go to the speaker on drive thru but they said no .

Foods good, but the service is super slow. 2x in a row they served me through the drive thru and it was about a 10-12 minute wait for both. The one time it was because it was someone new running the window (totally understandable, to why they’re slow) but the second time it was just slow- I don’t think they were understaffed since I saw 2-3 employees in the background chatting and giggling (front counter wasn’t even busy at all).
