TERRIBLE today (Sept. 28, 2025 3:56pm) I’m waiting so long 35minutes. For take 12 they took a long time. Staffs are not diligent doing their job. Many customers are left the store waiting so long m.

I'm not sure why but there is 2 employees at this store who think that it's normal to dig inside their nose using their thumb in front of the sandwich counter. Where customers could see them.
BOTH wear shalls different colors daily.
When they attempt to serve me. I ignore them and never ever order food from this store.
The manager was not approachable when I complained.
The staff at this store need better food handling training.

Poor service, waiting for almost 30 minutes.
I had to wait for a few minutes to enter the line, but there were a lot of staff on duty. There was only one POS machine that was functioning and one person was taking the order at the same time preparing also.

The place is swarming with flies and they crawl all over the baked goods. Extremely gross. At least the Tim's in the 7-11 a couple blocks down isn't infested with flies. I highly recommend you avoid this location and look for another that actually puts effort into quality control, or just avoid Tim's and get your morning coffee and food at McD's.

Average Tim's as far as the food and drinks go. That said, I'm literally swatting flies away while sitting at the table typing this out. There are dozens of flies buzzing around.

This place man! It takes 30 minutes to get servered when there's only two or three people in front of you. And this is the second time I've ordered something and they didn't give me what I ordered. Hey manager. Do your freaking job. If your front of house staff can't even handle a small line up get out there and help them. It's ridiculous. I'm literally wasting money because you guys aren't even trying to make out drinks. How do you forget to put coffee in a coffee!!!!? Y'all need some serious help and if this is a reflection on management get new manager because there's tons of people who want a job.

The service at Tim Hortons was awful. I waited for ages, and even though I called out to the staff to take my order, they completely ignored me. No one bothered to help. If I could give less than one star, I would. Definitely not coming back.

Drive thue sucks they don’t even know how to take orders wait time is Soo long because they were unable to understand what i was ordering and the food was cold there was no sugrr in my steep tea and i have asked for everything bagle with cream cheese but the cheese was missing. Not satisfied

When I was ordering food someone tryed to pay for my brother and my friend but they didn't have money or something so it took 30 minutes until one of the workers paid for me, my brother, and my friend. I'll never forget get this day.

Today, I ordered 2 medium iced coffees with lighter ice and both were filled well below the normal top line. I asked the women to fill them up more, her response “that’s where we fill them when you ask for less ice”. How is that? The ice you put in your drinks is insanely ridiculous as is but now you’re trying to scam me out of 1/6 of my drink that I paid the same price for!?! Come on Tim Hortons…. I can go to Starbucks, ask for NO ice and still get a full drink….
2 years later….. This location is on a MAJOR downhill. I am an everyday customer. Stale buns and donuts constantly to the point you’re choking it’s so disgustingly dry. YOU SHOULD NOT BE KEEPING FOOD OVERNIGHT.
This location believes in a “do it yourself” method because they can’t hire quality workers so when you order a sandwich, you have to remove the top bun and actually build the sandwich yourself because they just throw everything in. They don’t properly spread the mayo, lay the bacon or tomatoes. Here’s a picture of my BLT a few weeks ago, at least the bacon made it into the bag….

Unfortunately this location is quite dirty, tables, floor, chairs are cleaned rarely. The staff is always new, and not trained. Lots of room for improvement.
