The service was awful. The woman who took our order on the headset and served us at the window was extremely rude. On top of that, we got sick after eating a cold cut turkey sandwich and believe it caused food poisoning. Most disgusting Tim Hortons drive thru I’ve ever visited . I would give zero stars

3 days 3 different types of coffee each one tasting like mold. This last coffee was a vanilla cream cold brew and the mold taste was so strong that I had to dump out the whole cup.

I really enjoy the service here, and the staff are always kind. That said, I’ve noticed that the lobby often gets very crowded, making it hard to find a place to sit or enjoy a meal. The noise level can also make it difficult to place an order comfortably. On my last visit, I even witnessed a customer speaking very aggressively to a staff member, which was upsetting to see when confronted the guy aggressive to me as well, the guy was from Somalian community. I truly feel for the employees who are doing their best, and I hope management can look into ways of creating a more comfortable and respectful environment for both staff and customers by maybe hiring some security.
