Having ordered a caramel coffee cream chiller for the first time, I was surprised to receive a chocolate chiller instead. I promptly returned to exchange it for the caramel version. However, the taste was so ordinary that the whole effort felt rather pointless, as I could have easily made it myself at home.

Disappointing experience at Tim Hortons on 50th St. Waited 30 minutes to order just one coffee (double double) and wasn't even asked for my order despite having 6+ staff on duty. Expected faster service."
