My coworkers and I usually order from this location but I pickup up some lunch for folks and received a bagel with cream cheese only on 1 side of the bagel.

I stop by here often as my business is nearby, but every time I grab food from this location my order comes back wrong, and when brought to the staff’s attention it’s dismissed and I am gaslit into accepting what I said is exactly what they gave me lol.
They’re usually sold out of everything and have repeatedly told me certain item other locations carry outright don’t exist at Tim hortons.

U can wait like literally 10 min at drive through just for someone to ask for order and after wait 10 more minutes for cold drinks. Poor service.

Not only did I wait over 10 minutes to go through a drive through. But they have me a black coffee when asked for a double double. I also asked for the new turkey stack, they have me a beef with bacon. I don’t eat pork and couldn’t eat the sandwich in the end and only noticed this when I got to my work place. I now have to finish my day hungry as I want able to eat.
By far the worst tim Hortons in the city. I've gone there over the course of six years (I work near by) and the service and quality has gone down drastically. Today was the last day I will frequent this location. The workers will take my order in the drive through, repeat the order to me before I drive ahead then not give me my complete order when I arrive at the windows. They constantly change the person taking the order mid way while I'm speaking. I would go to one of the other locations near by if anyone wants decent service
