Very poor service i was in drive through at 8.08pm today the order taker was so rude taking completely wrong order same goes to the person at window no greetings rudely asking what u want when we ask for the sleeve.

I am an avid banner, and decided to stop here to grab a coffee and maybe a donut (funds permitting) and the person serving me would not make eye contact, and when I asked (perfecto ) a question, he ignored me and told another worker to deal with me in his native tongue(Phillipines) I am not impressed, and was treated like I am inferior. Speaking your native tongue should be kept at home. This is an English speaking province. Also, the attitude towards me as though I was somehow subhuman.

This tim Hortons , the ppl working for night shift is to rude and refuse to serve for customer . It was to chilly and I was freezing , and I don’t have a car to pass through drive though , so I went to the cashier and told them. What I want and I said I ready to pay before . And they were so rude .
