Went through the drive thru on Saturday, March 3, 2024, to order donuts. Granted, it was later in the evening, there were absolutely no donuts or timbits. How the heck does Tim Hortons run out of donuts??Added on-edit:I would like to add that while reviewing all of the reviews where customers have had a concern with the service or food, why is it that every response is the same? Fill out a form online or call the 1-800 number. What's this going to achieve?

I have never had a good experience at this Tim Hortons. They don't acknowledge me, even when I've said "Hi" multiple times. They serve the other car first. Very disorganized. I usually avoid this one at all costs. But every time I think, "I'll give them another chance," because they're closest. They always disappoint.

Come here every night from 11pm to 12 and I have to wait over 10 minutes in the drive through for a coffee, the workers are ridiculously slow at this hour, hire more people or someone else who knows how to make a coffee
