Zahra (I think is how her name is spelled) has been amazing, but the let downs tonight just finished it. I'm not sure if you're short staffed or other issues were at hand, but I spent five minutes staring at an empty cooking line, empty drive through line, and no cashiers in sight. Either nobody on staff or nobody coming out from the back to help customers. If I can't reliably come next door to get lunch, then all my business will be going down the street. It's a nuisance, but if I want coffee then that's what I have to do, as this location can't seem to provide.
Consistently long wait times, and tonight zero service. Food is mediocre, it's cafeteria food. Some OK staff, but not enough to merit return.

Every morning, my daughter and I drive thru for our first coffee of the day. Every morning, we are addressed properly with a smile, hello and perfect coffee.

Just used the rest room, had to wait for a stall, watched a young Tim Hortons employee finish using the toilet, and walk right passed the soap and sink and start to handle food and food utensils. Disgusting

So why cant just one Tim Hortons get an order right? I said sausage, egg and cheese on a biscuit. I don't get the cheese? How about get the order right instead of speed in which you want to care about first? So tired of Tim's time to go to second cup or anywhere else.

Really getting tired of spending money to have messed up orders I don't have the time to keep calling back twice a week and it wouldn't be so bad if just messed up order but complete carelessness of what they do serve is Disgraceful
