absolute crooks. rude service. all the ftw have no interest in politeness. tried to buy a holiday mug as a gift, through the app. they charged me, yet told me they didn’t have the mug and i had to get refund through app. i applied, received an email back stating i have to get refund through the store. when i called store and asked for manager, they said he was busy and hungup. only 1 demographic working here. interesting. long live canadian customer service!

I made an order for drive thru pickup on the app. I purchased timbits and the 20oz holiday mug. When I arrived, I was told that the mug was not available and that I had to get my refund through the app. I thought that was odd so I confirmed with the girl on the intercom "I have to get my refund on the app?" She said yes, there's nothing they can do about it. So I drove to work and submitted on the app "missing items" and explained what happened. I got an email right away saying "sorry, we can't do anything. You have to get your refund in store". I had time, so I promptly called this location and kindly asked to speak to the manager on duty. The gentleman who answered said "uhhhhh ya... the manager is busy right now..." I told him I don't mind waiting. He said "ok... sure... ya one second...." beep beep. He hung up. I tried to call back right away and no one picked up the phone. At this point I'm annoyed. The mug was $13, no big deal. But why would a big corporation like Tim Hortons feel like they can just rip off their customers and not give a F about it? This location is nothing but crooks. Go elsewhere.

I wish that people would slow down and actually listen to the order before the rush us down to pay for an order I DIDN'T ORDER....too many mistakes to make....I definitely won't ever be back here and that's sad because I live down the road

I like this tim hurtons usually very friendly.
But sometimes they need to work on their thank yous not every one that goes through a drive tru is nice I know but the customer appriciation must be accompanied by a thank you.
