I experienced an unacceptable wait time of over 10 minutes just to place my order, followed by an additional 30 minutes to receive it. Despite having 3 to 4 staff members present, none were prepared to take my order. My food was neglected on the side of the table, and I had to initiate inquiries about the delay. When they finally located my order, it was handed to me without any acknowledgment or apology. To top it off, the pizza was cold and tasted terrible, which is completely unacceptable.
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. There was no welcoming atmosphere, the staff was unresponsive, and the food quality was appalling. I will not pay for this subpar food and service. It is clear that the staff have no interest in their work and are merely enjoying themselves instead.
I strongly advise against visiting this establishment.

Went at the drive thru and no one was answering, went up to the window and honked, nobody came up. One staff was mopping and the other was baking. It was 10:15pm, if they were closed at least close the DT lane or tell us instead since they were both wearing headsets.

Me and my wife was there yesterday for souper about 6:30, the cashier can barly hear me i have to repeat 3 times everyting, i ordered the chicken noodle soupe and a steep tea, soupe was cold and taste horrible like a month old, i asked her where are the spoon, she said its in the bag, i left and once we start eating there was no spoon, i had to come back for spoon, i told her and a tall guy was there that soupe is cold and its taste bad, they both look at me and didnt do anything, i was so upset, this is my promiss to you guys that i will never go back to this location.

VERY disappointed with the customer service at this location. 8 cars in the drive thru and not one person inside the store. I decided to go into the store to get my coffee. Waited there for a few minutes before I piped up and said is anyone going to help me? The one lady working the drive thru looked at me and said yes please wait. While 3 of them proceeded to work on the drive thru. Then the one making the bagels etc came and helped me. ZERO customer service.
