Have never had any issues with workers but their quality has gone way down. Donuts taste stale, coffee doesn't taste right. You can get 3 drinks all made the same and they all taste different. Just not good anymore.

I came in one time while I was in a bit of a rush and ordered an iced capp. Julia, the staff who helpd me, immediately noticed and handled my order so quickly. What stood out even more was how friendly and accommodating she was. That small gesture honestly turned my day around and left a positive impression. Experiences like this deserve recognition. Big thanks to Julia, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this location

I go through this Tim Hortons drive-thru pretty often and there’s a girl there, I think her name’s Mehak or Mehar. She’s always super friendly and greets me with a smile. Last time I couldn’t decide between the sparkling lemonade or a frozen drink, and she helped me out with the choice. She even remembers my usual ice cap order — before I even say it. Service like that is why I keep coming back.
Unfortunately the staff were not attentive to the order and didn't clarify, just made an order of what she thought she heard and we were disappointed. My friend was unwilling to take her drink back and ended up throwing it out.

Common, #GARY bro, we’re from the same country! And yet, you act like serving Indians is the worst chore in the world. Customers from other countries get smiles and greetings, but the moment I walked in, your attitude completely changed. Annoyed, dismissive, and petty – it’s embarrassing that someone from our own community behaves like this.
Honestly, Gary, you should be ashamed of yourself. Grow up, show some respect, and stop acting like it’s a favor to serve your own people. I will never return to this branch as long as you are working – and I hope others think twice before dealing with someone this childish and disrespectful.
