We ordered a pizza and requested a dipping sauce, which was supposed to come with our order. However, the staff forgot to include it. When we brought it up, she said she would have to charge us $1 for it, even though it was their mistake for not providing it in the first place.

The food was freshly prepared and the coffee as always, is the best. We get to meet the manager of the store (Cathy), she’s very welcoming to the customers and ensure we got the orders on time. Not even deserve one star.I visited this place the early morning there was this lady in the drive through. she was very rude from she started taking the order.No sorry ,no thank you.If they do not like the job.They should leave without making people's day miserable.very poorly manage place.never will be going to this place.

This is our local Timmie’s, they get more of our hard earned money than i would like to admit. I ordered a dozen doughnuts, six of which were retro flavours so they tried to charge me for a full dozen retro, when I asked why the price went up by like 40% they said it was because I ordered retro. I had to ask for a half dozen retro and a half dozen regular to save two dollars. The associate seemed annoyed that she had to push a few buttons to ring it into the system for the honest price. I know $2.00 is not a lot right!? But the fact they didn’t do that right away shocked me! The corporate greed is astounding honestly! Watch for the retro stuff especially when buying multiples. Or watch them having it pass off as a specialty doughnut when that is not what you are getting!

Very frustrating that any time I want a midnight snack that this location “stops serving food after 10PM.” That is way too early. Save the trip and go to McDonald’s for actual 24/7 service. Very annoying.

Terrible service. Don’t bother using the app and don’t bother completing the survey for a $1 french vanilla or hot chocolate. Tim Hortons doesn’t honour the coupons. You have 30 days to complete the survey and use the coupon. You used to be able to use the coupon any time after the survey is completed. Oddly, the code can still be entered but they won’t enter it for you. Not sure whose paycheque the discount comes off of.
