Yesterday I went to this Tim Hortons in the morning around 7.20 and I was really disappointed. The lady taking my order was very rude. She didn't know how to take orders. I had to repeat my order three times and she was loud to me when I asked her to repeat my order. I felt like she was aggressive. I think management should teach them how to behave with the customers and take their orders actively.

I’m really disappointed with the service at this Tim Hortons. There’s rarely anything available, the food is often cold, and the wraps fall apart as soon as I open them. The coffee is usually lukewarm, and the Ice Capps are hit or miss — sometimes they’re full and properly made, other times they’re barely filled or watery. It’s frustrating to spend money on something that’s so inconsistent.

I visited this Tim Hortons during the evening and was really impressed with the staff. They were friendly, fast, and got everything right, even though it was busy. The service was smooth, and they kept a great attitude the whole time. My coffee was fresh, and the food was hot—exactly what you’d hope for. Thanks for the great service!

Maybe the first tim hortons in canada which takes 10+ at the drive-through and still serves worst food everytime. Near to my home but i would preffer to go to a far away one (50th street one).
