As someone who comes 2 times a day one time early morning and one time in the afternoon. I can't help but notice the quality difference in food and drink. The morning people nail it, they are the best deserve a 5 star in my opinion, but the evening people don't seem to care which is what this review is directed too.

This timhortons is the worst. I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but they’re very careless of the way they prepare the food. This isn’t the first time, I’m never happy with this timhortons’ service. I recommend to anyone who can, travel to the other Tim’s on 50st. They take pride in their work and make it worth your money. The timhortons on 34st and 34ave doesn’t make the food properly and should absolutely be retrained, or tell them to slow down or something…. Careless.

Just went to the Tim’s drive thru. February 19,2024 1:45pm. So you can see who was on shift then at the window. The drive thru attendants have 0 customer service. No smiles no asking how we were. We ordered 2 large strawberry smoothies that were not blended all the way and the cups were a mess. We asked for napkins and the attendant didn’t give us any till the third time we asked. They did take the cups back to try and clean but they were still dripping when we received them again. My sister ordered a Canadian maple donut and received a maple dip. They did not say goodbye to us or wish us a good day at all until we said goodbye. We did not appreciate the lack of customer service received at this location, the employees seem like they could genuinely care less about anything going on there or the quality of products. Maybe you should give your staff some more training on how to do their job so customers feel welcome and would want to return.

Used to come here 3 to 5 times a day for a coffee. Then the quality of the food and everything else started to go downhill so really I started cutting back to one time a day. I would tolerate that even though the new staff that they have on all hired seemed to be a bunch of young ladies that are far more interested in talking amongst themselves than even the basic manners to acknowledge customers , but whatever it's coffee , right. But today now they're starting to post a political signage from other countries in the windows....and you know what, I don't need to shop there.

So we go there very frequently and every time they give us a reason to hate this place more . -0 star rating . They always destroys our order . 3-4 days back we went in store to complain to the manager they told us that manager is not available and said supervisor is on duty but they didn’t have a minute to talk to us . Even staff is very very rude . Never go to this place if u want to spoil your day then u should go !

Just take the time to go somewhere else. Don’t waste your money at this Tim Hortons. My wife and I are always disappointed. Some things are just plain inedible. Way overly salted hash browns. Eggs obscenely overcooked and stale. If I could I’d give it a zero star.

The grill and sandwich counter is ALWAYS dirty! Any time you walk in, you are left standing at the counter for however long, until THEY decide they're ready to serve you. Not like it gets THAT busy. None of them smile, say hello, NOTHING. It is very poor customer service and when I DID ask them if they ever clean off their sandwich board, they told me "we aren't actually required to!" Just wow! Just super dirty. Awkward and contentious environment here.
