I asked if they were still selling Flat bread pizza at 7:30 and was told no. After walking away, I hear the other worker say “yes we do”, and the worker I asked told her “it’s okay” while smirking. Unbelievably lazy and disappointing service.
I don’t recommend the Tim Hortons at Saville because we had to wait for 2 minutes at the cashier for someone to come. Rang the bell about 2 times and yet they didn’t come up. After 3 minutes they finally had the courage to take our order and got mad at us for ringing the bell. They also pushed our order behind and took over 20 minutes just to make 1 drink. Overall bad and slow service.

I've never seen so many flies all over doughnuts in my life. Lined up for like 20 mins to get a doughnut, when I got to the front, I noticed probably 50 flies all over the doughnuts. Guy working noticed me take a photo, so pulled the doughnuts out to shoo the flies away, then just wheeled the doughnuts back in place ?. Obviously I didn't buy a doughnut and just left - gross.

This was hands down the worse restaurant pick up experience I have ever had. My drinks were done in less than 5 min, which was unexpected and great. The minimal effort food I waited over 50 min for was not worth the wait, and even after all of that my order still wasn’t filled with a missing donut I had to wait longer for. I would say next time I will walk away from the money over my time but there won’t be a next time at this location.

The order i usually get always tastes good, however, i ordered one simple quencher and it took them 52 minutes and counting, to make said quencher. They served 19 people before i got said quencher. The service wasn’t great either. They also didn’t fill my quencher up all the way. Also the establishment had some sort of awkward scent, kinda like a dead rat. Also waited in line with only one person ahead of me for 37 minutes prior. Also after finishing said quencher it was filled more than half with ice, enough to build a 9 person igloo(2 stories).Completely unrelated, people who claimed and purchased basketball wristbands, played volleyball. Will purchase from here again, because it’s the only tims in the area. Please replace all staff ASAP.
