So I work nearly by this Tim Hortons and I usually go to this Tim Hortons. And their customer service is very bad. No one comes to take order before 10 mins and they usually stare at you and do nothing and I have very bad experiences with their food and staff as well. So firstly, most of the time they do the order wrong and put wrong item on the drinks and there was the Indian guy working who is very uneducated and rude. He don’t know how to talk with people.

I went to tims order one small coffee tripple tripple and order 10 timbit.order specially 10 honey dip as kids only eat honey dip.when call to store kashis patel pick the phone and said bring the timbit back.i am.half and hour away.if you want i can send you picture of timbit as i cannot come right way.i will be back in 3 to 4 days.and she said it bring back it so frustrating first they make mistake and now i have to hold timbit.

I went to this place today in the morning and when I ordered at front, the girl name camie really don’t know how to give a service to custom or how to talk.she was getting hyper and irritated which was obvious on her face. This is ridiculous if you don’t know how to attend customer don’t do that.
