The glass for the donuts is so clean, I didn’t even think there was glass there. Staff is friendly and fast. There was also new employee training happening at the time I was there and it didn’t impact service. She was also patient, kind and thorough in her training!

Restaurant was opened in 2009. Fast Drive Through. Inside dinning clean and organized. Servers are quick to take your order. Wait times for your meal in dinner 5 to 1O minutes lunch hour. Drive through times are no less than 5 to 7 minutes. Always great services with a smile. Food is great. Washroom always clean and organized. Highly recommended.

This tims hortons is one of the best I have visited so far. The place is clean and the vibe is pleasant, the morning staffs in the counter are friendly and accommodating. The girl who made our drinks is very quick and accurate with our orders, and she was sweet too. Great customer service, overall!

Would give 0 stars if i could! I ordered a sandwich and a drink, i alsed for the sandwich “just steak and bun completely plain” when ordering, i waited in line as people who had ordered after me started getting there food i eventually got my sandwich to see that there was everything on it,(used to this it happens) i went to the lady and said “hey i alsed for this completely plain i cant eat cheese and dont want anything on it just steak and bun” again i waited and was brought out what was essentially the same sandwich they had just thrown the old on out and made one with everything on it, once again i came back and said “hey i asked for this completely plain” she then tried claiming i never said that and then after i saw my food i had asked her for just “no cheese” (there was definitely still cheese on it anyway), she argued with me and then waleked to the other till all pissed of talking about how i wasted 2 sandwiches, she refunded me and i walked out. Worst half hour tim hortans experience of my life!

Absolutely horrible service at this Tim Hortons location. When I walked in, the staff member named Evan was mopping the floor and didn't even bother to wash his hands or remove his gloves before making my drink. He didn't greet me, and just started making my drink with his gloved hands. The drink he made was completely off - one sip and I knew it was undrinkable. I had to throw it away. This isn't the first time I've encountered Evan, and unfortunately, my previous experience with him wasn't great either. It's disappointing to see such unprofessional behavior from a staff member, especially at a place I frequent often. The lack of attention to detail, hygiene, and customer service is appalling. I hope the management takes some action to address this issue and provides better training to their staff.

Quite possibly the best Tim's to go to at night. I'm usually scared to go to Tim Hortons anytime past 10pm because the staff at other locations are just awful to deal with and hate their lives, but this location was amazing. The girl was so nice, our iced capps were perfect and our bagels might have been the best I've had, not burned or anything.
