Ordered a bagel with extra cream cheese and this is what I got. Every other time I've ordered extra it was like double this amount or more. Really not satisfied. Took it back to the counter and they told me this is the proper amount for extra. But I doubt that because I've ordered it alot from Tim's and it's always way more than that

Staff doesn't care of what you order. Even if they make something wrong they make zero effort to rectify it. The girl working today morning at the drive thru 13 November, 2025 at 5:40 am did something similar and did not cooperate at all.

Great place to buy snacks . The chocolate and birthday cakes timbit is great for kids . Has a drive through so it’s easy to pick up the egg and sausage muffin and muffins on the go .

Bought a large and paid for a large. At the window I was asked if it was a medium or a large I ordered. The icecaps are always full past the lid. This is very clearly a medium poured into a large cup… I still paid like 5 bucks for a coffee. Come on Tim’s… at least your staff are polite. Usually a good spot to stop at

I ordered herb & garlic pastery that was looked so old one, instead of listening this problem. That girl on drive thru said don’t take this if you don’t like it and don’t come here. Where is the customer service? How they hire this type of people who don’t know how to behave with customers especially in the early morning. Very rude staff. I will not recommend you don’t waste your money there. Because these guys wouldn’t value customers. This was my fault to go there, i wish I could check their reviews.
