The older tim Hortons employee working the window is SOOOO rude. NO customer service NOT patient or kind. Should NOT be working the window where they’re supposed to be excelling at customer service. WOW. Fast and furious service. Cold wraps filled with warm egg is disgusting. No pride. Along with not know how to properly making ordered drinks without having to redo x3. I do not recommend.

Tim Hortons: where coffee meets comfort and Timbits are basically Canadian currency. Whether it’s a steeped tea or a breakfast sandwich on the go, it’s the fuel of friendly mornings and hockey dreams.

Day time ain't the greatest at best. Evenings and nighttime are far superior. Finding hair in food happens more frequently during day time.
Communications is key to maintaining happy customers, people asking for refunds for finding long black hair in the food should have knowledge of what's going on, not be left standing there waiting there for ten minutes not knowing what's going on.
Also my wife decided to ask for a Tim Hortons Lite Ice Cap. And got a regular ice cap, so I got it but it's not what she asked for.

It’s Tim Hortons, so my expectations are typically quite low to begin with. The staff here and food are acceptable, but the constant waiting at the order screens in the drive thru so they can game their wait time metrics is ultra annoying. The drive thru can be backed up into the parking lot and they still make people wait so they can have the order ready when they arrive at the window. Your wait time metrics are not my problem. Today, I had a man behind me swearing at me because I was told to wait at the order screens, even though there were no cars between me and the pick up window. I won’t be back.
