A 1 is generous. Drive thru is extremely slow. I sat in one lane while 5 cars went through in the other lane and then 10 minutes later when I finally got to the speaker no one took my order until I said hello. Then you get to the window and they throw your drinks/food at you without saying a word. I’m not sure if they are understaffed or just overwhelmed but maybe you should higher more employees who can actually handle the job.

Worst service ever at this location on Monday August 11, 2025 Went through the drive thru we were ordering and the girl half way through our order said one moment and left and another came on and repeated our order and it was complete incorrect we said what happened to our order she said she did not know we started over and she could not get our order correct took about 10 min for her to get the order straight all it was 2 coffees a donut and a roast beef sandwich nothing hard to comprehend I’ve noticed that during any order now half way through your order they tell you to wait and then they come back to the speaker they don’t let you finish your order not understanding why they do this and it’s not the first time but yesterday was absolutely brutal if I could give zero stars I would
