That woman in the front had no patience. I wanted to buy a coffee and some donuts, so when I came inside, I started looking for what donuts to buy but she was too impatient calling me a “HEY!” so I only bought a coffee in frantic. And talking to her felt like I did something bad to her. Not even a smile or a greet…just silence. And when she finished the coffee, she just placed it in there, without saying anything…like how am I supposed to know if it was my order or not? I know it’s very busy, but it won’t be like that anymore if your staff is like this everyday. Maybe hire better staffs next time. The staffs aren’t the only one suffering in life, customers do too. So don’t go putting your anger on us when we did nothing but buy something from you.
The staff at this location are completely incompetent. I’ve ordered from here 5 times, every single time they have gotten confused. I order very basic menu items with no modifications, and every single time they have gotten my order wrong. They lack basic service skills. It is blatantly obvious there is something fundamentally wrong with their management or hiring process

Hi there, I am a Skip driver and this is the worst customer service store. I have ever seen first. They are confused with the order number one statement comes from Employee that the order was given to Uber Driver then suddenly second Employee comes and says hey, your order is still pending with us. Third employee comes and says I’m preparing your order and asking for the order number again and again, which is very frustrating. Their way of talking with customers and with Driver is really not appreciable. Will request to look at this store by the seniors who hold this Tim Hortons and take proper action to serve, skip drivers and customers properly. Please thank you.
This is the second time I have been to this location and the person preparing the food did a terrible job!! The last time I ordered a toasted bagel with butter and the cream cheese on the side…..the bagel was so greasy with butter I couldn’t squeeze it and it dripped the butter. This time I ordered a bagel toasted with butter and cream cheese on the side and she put an inch of cream cheese on the bagel. Not impressed with the quality or the people that do not take the time to read the order instructions. Will not be returning there!
There are two crew members who are impolite and lack customer service skills. Also, let them know that some customers are able to understand their language. If they are going to call their customers names, they should keep it to themselves. Poor service!!!!

if i could give this place a 0 stars i would this is the worst tim hortons i have ever been too. They do not listen to allergies or requests they have 0 customer care and are purely rude when you try and speak about an issue they blow you off and disregard your issue the food here is gross i ordered a rice bowl it was stale hard rice i had called to make a complaint and the worker told me that it was most likely stale rice which i was stunned to be told that. they are not a caring place at all and have the rudest staff

Went through the drive through, she told me she couldnt understand what i was saying. Went in, stood waiting for 15 minutes. No service. No one else waiting to order. Pretty sad when all i wanted was a tea to enjoy while watching my son play hockey.

I see my comment about getting severely ill with food poisoning after coming here September 8th had been removed.
I wanted to update and say this timhortons is so incredibly unprofessional. When they were told to call me back from the head office this location laughed the entire time I explained how sick I was , said they genuinely didnt care and to have a great day .I had to take 4 days off of work due to puking and pooping my pants so much after having an ice cap from this location .. I promise you I will keep posting this comment until its properly posted and kept up to warn others that their food and equipment handling /cleaning skills are next to none .

Don't do it go to the location across the street ! . I bought an ice cap here within 45 minutes I was in cold sweats and projective vomitting . Clearly their cleanliness is not held to a proper standard

Every time I order online from this location there is an issue. Every. Single. Time. I ordered from DoorDash and it took 2 hours to prepare my order. When I proceed to call them to understand what’s going on, they HANG UP THE PHONE with no explanation. 2 hours later when I get my order, my chilli is missing. And I had also requested chipotle sauce in my grilled cheese, and that was missing as well. I have never expected this type of experience from Tim Hortons. They’re not even trying to help this is the most horrible customer service experience I’ve ever dealt with in my whole life. I’m furious. And I keep trying to call them to ask where my missing item is and they keep ignoring my calls. I will be taking this to HR.
