The staffs are so rude and disrespectful. The make you pay without scanning your points and when you have points they don’t cancel the debit machine and just proceed to make you pay without earning your point or seeing your offers.
The staff are usually friendly, and the service is fast, even during busy hours.

We've been to your store and seen that there's a new staff. She's very accommodating and inform us that she's new that's why she's not yet familiar with all the products of tims. But were very happy that she takes and served our orders correctly. That's a very good job. We will surely come again!

Slow. They say to order at the kiosk but when they actually do help customers order they do all of those orders first so when you order on kiosk they do it last. It took 15 minutes to get 2 donuts and an ice Capp and they still got the order wrong and I had to correct them. Worst service ever. I do not recommend
