Terrible Service Tacoma 15 minutes to go through a drive-thru to get a steep tea got to the window paid with scan and pay then they want me to pay again I had to explain that I paid with scan and pay. Then they told me there was no steep tea and I would have to wait another 5 to 10 minutes. Changed my order to a double-double and when I got it I got a small I will never come back to this location so they didn't get a single part of the simplest order you can order right

Make great coffee when the order is right but they can’t understand the orders because their drive thru speakers don’t work so after going there daily for a while and now two days in a row getting my order wrong I will go somewhere else

My wife and I showed up early this morning 🌄😔 before 8 Am and I noticed that the staff were paying more attention to the Drive Thru Customers, than the customers lining up in the restaurant. We waited patiently for ten minutes, no response, so we left the Restaurant knowing they don't want paying customers in the Restaurant 😭😔. So my wife and I walked across to the 7-11 Store that has Tim's in the store. We ordered the breakfast 🥞🍳 we wanted to start the day 😁 with and we treated respectfully and paid our Takeout order and thanked afterwards.
Dietary restrictions: There's a few items on the menu!
Parking: Plenty of parking 🅿️ for free
Wheelchair accessibility: The convenience store doesn't have the room or special entrance with an automatic push button.

Went through the drive-through at 140 pm on monday, august 19, 2024, and there's this young male taking orders who had a bad attitude and on top of that charged me 185 for a medium mocha. I said that was too much, and he replied he's not the person to ask. I then gave him $3.00 a toonie and 4 quarters. I asked for a receipt. He gave me a receipt and no change. I scratched my head and saw the mocha was actually 2.17 And gave him a nickel on top of all. To his surprise, he was flabbergasted and didn't know how to react to that. Like, really... Hopefully this young lad will be more careful as I will too. I will be coming through drive-through more than 4 times a week. Maybe it was just a little mistake, but maybe the youngster needs more supervision doing his calculations.

Bought multiple items onky to find out that some of my items were not on the bag. Cashier told me that everything was on the bag. :( I was already far away when I found out. Not good ?
