Picked up some food from here on oct 24, 2024 around 9:06 AM. That included FV with 1/4 dark roast, a maple BELT bagel (which were good). But when I asked for muffin they only had one option, which was very odd to me. As i was in drive through, and trying not to hold up. I took that option which was pumpkin seed muffin. I was already suspicious that they might not be fresh. Since I had this food my tummy is upset. I have not had anything else to eat from outside.
If any one else also had same experience please share. I am posting it on Monday morning October 28, 2024. My tummy is hurting now.
My husband and I love coming to this location! We come multiple times throughout the day, deedee is our favourite she really makes the place the great place it is! We love it here.
The service was superb. Appreciate the staff when it comes to dealing with customers..

I go here each morning for a cuppa coffee. It's burnt every damn time. For the most part, I've just stopped getting coffee and just get food instead. The food is good. The drinks are always off/burnt. I'm not wanting to harp on the workers there but I don't see them writing time on the pots, and they mix old with new. I'd love nothing more than a nice coffee to start the day. This offends my first world view on Western society

Worst customer service experience from the lady at drive through window. After taking a sip of my tea, I asked my steep tea to be made fresh but she started shouting at me that it was fresh made like 3-4 mins ago. She should be taught how to be polite to the customers. Never going back there again
Just had the worst experience. Waited a long time. Asked for 2 toasted bagel (double toasted because I know better) bagels barely warmed. Iced coffee no ice. Sugar not stirred. Rude boy at drive through. Asked for a straw, never got it. Forgot the second bagel then had to charge me again. Overall, gross incompetence.
