This tims is the only tims I know of on the south side where you never fail to get gross tea. I'm not sure if it's because they're not cleaning their machines (which gross) or if it's because they make the tea by the caffeine station and caffeine always makes your tea taste like dirt. Just once I would like to not get a disgusting green tea from this place.

Go in person and you get ignored. Go through the drive-through and you can't understand becase they talk so quietly.I've come out with the wrong order one too many times.

Usually excellent service and all. Since the workers are put under so much pressure to get people through, they sometimes are so busy taking the next order when you pull up in the drive thru pick up window that it’s tough to get any words in - for instance if you need something last second or even just a thanks or have a good day. This makes it seem like poor customer service but it is probably why it’s so fast, which I love.

This Tim Hortons has consistantly service. They only seem to care about the drive thru customers and you just wait in the store while they serve the drive thru. Thier scanner is always broken and they are rude. I dislike that when you do go through the drive through, they always shove the debit machine in your face and don't ask how you are paying then seem upset if you are paying with cash.

The staff here always give off the annoyed impression, like we are inconveniencing them. I've never been greeted or even seen an employee even break a smile. They just shove your food at you and close the window.I also asked for 10 birthday cake timbits today and they weren't busy at the time either so I didn't open the box and check and it's was a mixed box.

They had a brand new untrained employee as the only person working. He gave me an incorrect sandwhich that took him 20 mins to make and then when asked for a refund he had no idea how to even do a refund. How they would allow someone so under trained to be the o ly one on shift talk to the unprofessionalism of this location. Worst service ever

Horrible customer service! This is not the first time. Went this morning asked for a sausage breakfast sandwich on a biscuit with no egg because of an allergy, I even re asked to make sure no egg. Got my food drove to work and the sandwich is egg no sausage. Called to speak with someone she said she would check my order and hung up on me!! Tried calling back incase it was a mistake no answer. Have called back 6 times no answer. This is ridiculous.

Used to be a great Tim’s that was always fast. Ever since the old girl who ran the window left and the new girl came in it’s been awful. She comes across very rude and is always rushing you. I also have to ask for a sleeve for my tea every single day. Isn’t that supposed to come with a crazy hot beverage?

There used to be a guy there that was MY coffee guy. I even gave him a Christmas gift. But now they can't even fill an extra large all the way. Can't remember a hash brown when THEY ask if you want the combo. Why pay extra for these things when they're going to short you?? Waste of money.

This is not my first bad experience but definitely my worst at this location. I don't usually look at the debit machine when they barely reach you in the drive thru anyway, I would like to think we could trust people working there!!! But I highly recommend making sure you're paying for what you ordered! I bought a medium coffee & am now noticing my card was charged for $4.70, obviously way more than a medium coffee. I'll be making sure they don't rip me or others off again - heads up, folks!
