One star is too much.my absolute worst experience, it has been three times that I ordered tea and got a coffee. People take time in their rush to come and grab a bite to eat before going to work and then you hand them a wrong order. First time I have called store they changed and I thought just a mistake it’s fine but now it’s the third time. Looks like they don’t care about their customers at all, staff is busy chatting instead doing work. On top of that, they write the exact thing I asked on top but in cup it was totally different. Laila was nice enough to yo talk and apologize but seriously I won’t be going there ever again.

Today around 7:20 I was at Drive thru i just want to order some food and on paying window i asked some more items to add on there was one girl saying in a very rude tone that you should order it on speaker behind i request store owner to teach your employees about customer service its your responsibility to provide best customer service not giving rude suggestions

I just visited today 15 nov time 10:15 pm drive thru ..i ordered chai latte without syrup because m a diabetic so i can’t consume sugar and u know the girl at the window she put syrup in it as i already metioned 3 times i don’t want syrup..i dont know why they people r not making latte without syrup if customer is having health issues..we r paying full amount then what is ur ego problem to make an latte without syrup..such an ego problem she is having ..moreover i told her i don’t want latte and i want refund and she dont know how to refund.give her good training and she is totally confused what to do … ?? She wasted my time .

A great place to eat at! Good service and doesn’t mess up most of the time. The service is mostly easy during sunset and evening and morning is cramped so that’s your warning. The atmosphere is great, it has the feeling of “Canada” with it looking like a wooden cabin in the inside.
The brewed coffees doesn’t disappoint most people with its taste. They even have seasonal items at Tim Hortons.

Found it surprising that at 10:30pm they had stopped serving food. This is advertised as a 24 hour location, but the server was rude and dismissive when I asked she said they will start again at 4am. LUCKILY we found another location and was able to get something for my daughter (flat bread pizza) and a rice bowl.
