Too bad Service from Jerone and store manager he delivered me wrong order I ordered Regular coffee but he delivered steeped tea when I go back to him he aggressively argued that I ordered steeped tea when I asked him that I ordered coffee again he's behavior was aggressive still he denied that he made my order mistakenly and store manager she was looking everything but taking his side

I ordered one small steeped tea and a medium coffee, but I received one small steeped tea and one medium steeped tea instead. The person who served me (Jerone) argued instead of apologizing. The manager, who was also there, supported him by saying that unfortunately, the customer is always right. I’m a regular customer at this location, and this issue has never happened before.

Great customer service — quick, friendly, and efficient! The dining area is clean and spacious, and the all-gender washrooms are well maintained.
I really love the staff at this Tim Hortons! I come most weekends and they remember me, are always so friendly and professional. And they make delicious breakfast sandwiches! It's by far the best Tim Hortons location in Edmonton.

Well I've been sitting In my vehicle for the past 8 minutes waiting for my order to come out....i think they forgot me...no one in the line up either...so much for drive thru....fm...worst store ever....----minus 5 out of 10...f it...im out of here....if i could say what i really think i would....grrrr....14 bucks flushed....
