I got denied service this morning at the drive thru window because I accidently drove past the microphone due to talking with a tim hortons employee outside. Me and my friend got to the window and explained we accidently missed ordering at the microphone, the Indian woman was very rude and denied us service saying it was a tim hortons policy. In fact it is not a tim hortons policy, as you can look up the employee policies online, costumer service is a tim hortons policy aswell as correcting thier mistakes in which she made no effort, not denying costumers. For how I was treated by this rude women I will not be going back to this location. She is never nice always rude and cunning, we asked for her name to report her and she said no and covered up her name tag.
Plus I've never visited a drive thru establishment that denies service if someone accidently passes the microphone, any other businesses have no issues just quickly ringing up the order at the window. I know they get alot of costumers but they just lost a loyal one. Guess the old saying is true sometimes it takes one to ruin the bunch.
I definitely reccomend anyone who sees this post to just start going to the victoria trail tim hortons, lovely staff! Efficient! No one is rude, they treat people like humans! They take care and pride in thier costumers unlike this location.

I walk to this tim hortons to get my last free coffee from winning the 7 hockey in a row. They closed early. They were suppose to be open until 11 pm. They were closed before 10 pm. Drive thru was closed also before 10 pm.

This Tim Hortons is just two blocks from my house, but I stopped going to this location because my orders are often incorrect. Additionally, they serve the worst coffee in the city. They dilute the coffee by adding too much water, which makes it taste like hot water. Instead, I go to the Victoria Trail location, which serves better coffee and offers better service.

I just popped in to buy a holiday cookie and use the washroom. This store is attached to a fuel station that has been under renovation for sometime so it’s different to access . I found the servers very helpful and nice . The washroom was clean and well maintained. My cookie was lovely and fresh !! All in all lovely experience in difficult circumstances for the staff !! Thank you

Disappointing Experience with Online Orders at Tim Hortons – A Frustrating Waste of Time

I’ve given the Tim Hortons’ app a chance twice now, and both times, I’ve ended up frustrated and disappointed. Each time, I placed and paid for my order in advance, expecting the convenience of a quick drive-through experience. But both times, when I pulled up, I was told the items I had already paid for were out of stock.

This was not only disappointing but also incredibly inconvenient. Since the app didn’t indicate that the items were unavailable, I was left holding up the drive-through line as I tried to get a refund. This left me feeling embarrassed, frustrated, and, frankly, cheated. Having to wait for staff to process my refund in a busy line defeats the purpose of using the app for convenience.

If this were a one-time issue, I might have understood, but twice in a row? Clearly, there’s a lack of communication between the app and the in-store inventory. This experience has not only shaken my trust in Tim Hortons’ online ordering system but also reflects poorly on their customer service.

It’s disappointing to see a major brand like Tim Hortons fail to deliver basic customer service and convenience. Until they fix their app to reflect real-time availability, I won’t be using it again.

I was very impressed with the staff’s friendliness and helpfulness from the moment I arrived. They made me feel genuinely welcome and were always ready to assist with any questions. What stood out the most was how efficient the whole team was, managing everything smoothly without making it feel rushed. They handled requests quickly and with such ease, which made my experience feel effortless and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place based on the excellent service alone!

Short cuts are everywhere. Found out today that the eggs for the sandwiches are pre cooked. Why else would the egg in my sandwich be ice cold !!!
