Hot chocolate lacked the chocolate part, missing part of our order… won’t be back

Went here on Monday night and tossed off my cappuccino on the way out
The worker was barely coherent and wiped his runny nose with his hand before starting my order, he then wiped down the machine and then put on a lid with his soaked hand pressing it on

This is a very slow Tims for walk-ins. They prioritize Uber deliveries, rarely have sufficient staff at the cash registers, and there is always a lineup. They also don’t seem to care.

They overcharged me at the first place and then charged me again in the name of giving a refund !!!!
First ,they charged me for the Order turkey melt + Ice Cap (Should’ve been Ice coffee).
Second, They asked me to tap on the paying machine for the refund and that transaction showed deduction on my card (like other transactions.). Then they asked me to pay for the Ice coffee I got.
Third, I pointed that to the manager and showed him my account statement where it says deducted(like all 3 transactions), his response was- It will change tomorrow from debit to credit, if not he asked me to show up again with receipt tomorrow.
On the first place, the staff member didn’t even acknowledge he made a mistake ( overcharging me) and ultimately finding out when I asked for the receipt and brought it up.
The mistakes that these guys make due to lack of training is unacceptable.
I urge all to be very careful and check receipts, since these guys don’t have any accountability. (Only this Store)

I… I guess I just really don’t like Tim Hortons in general.
As in, the ordering process is always super difficult. There isn’t a paper menu, and the screens displaying the offers are always changing constantly.
The Kiosks are also broken, so the line is very long. Everyone needs to spend quite a while for the screens to rotate through the menu a few times to finish ordering.
As a result, the workers are also very tried all the time. Since communication is very draining here.

The service was good - I ordered online through the app and received prompt service. However, I noticed that the person in the black shirt, who I believe is the manager or owner, was quite rude when speaking to the staff. I've seen him talking to his employees in a disrespectful manner on multiple occasions.
Also, I always encounter numerous homeless people, which makes it unpleasant when I am with family or friends.
Other than that, everything is good.

Bad experience. Staff is not cooperative. Give you the wrong food item even the manager is the same as staff.
