The service here is exceptional. We were treated like VIPs from start to finish. One of the staff (margie) checked on us at all the right moments without being intrusive. Friendly, professional, and welcoming.

We had a very bad experience with the delivery service from this Tim Hortons. They took our money and still haven’t delivered our order. The driver was going to a completely different location, even after we called and gave him the correct address several times. We also haven’t received our refund yet. Extremely disappointed by the service

I am regular customer at tim horton and I respect all . I am not a racist.. I always notic there is black guy working in the evening.. and he is soo aggressive to homeless poor guys pushing then etc ... and he is also yelling at there own employees.. I am shocked this is the environment at work.. pls fix this issue . I feel soo bad how he treat others.

I can say that most of the staff at this location are very friendly. They are very good at memorizing name of customers especially the regular ones. Very impressive! It gets pretty busy during peak hours but I can say, the staff are doing their very best to serve everyone accordingly.
