The service was good - I ordered online through the app and received prompt service. However, I noticed that the person in the black shirt, who I believe is the manager or owner, was quite rude when speaking to the staff. I've seen him talking to his employees in a disrespectful manner on multiple occasions.

Also, I always encounter numerous homeless people, which makes it unpleasant when I am with family or friends.

Just ordered a coffee, never cared for food at any Tim's. On the outside its in a busy area with limited parking, curb appeal is not the best looking. The inside, however, is pretty nice and clean with plenty of seating. Also has a Wendy's inside.

Parking: Limited, small parking lot for a busy location.

The workers take their time a bit wee roo much .You can see the place tries , but the amount of mental health / homeless turned to the streets from the hospital, many go here.The staff tries ...
