They took over 25 mins to make my breakfast wrap by the time I got it my drink was completely melted. Instead of saying to me that they didn’t have hash browns they just made me wait and didn’t offer a refund instead. Worst Tim hortons for mobile order , they don’t even call your name or say mobile when your orders ready.

I did mobile order and asked cashier (heaven) 5-6 times that i placed mobile order and she didnot respond for a single time. When she gave me order i asked which one is with extra syrup even she didnot know amd drinks were not marked. Then she went back and add more syrup into any coffee which make it too sweet. I asked her why you are not responding to me and literally she replied 'you donot see its very busy' . Very rude, unprofessional behavior by cashier(heaven)

They’re closing their grill 1 hour before they close, they don’t want to serve any sandwiches, wraps and flatbreads. I find it lazy as I worked in the industry before, and not to mention, many people working at that time.

The guy named Miya! He is absolutely ridiculous. He is Rude and disrespectful. He should definitely learn how to respect a customer. Really disappointed with his service. He should be replaced.

Probably the worst Tim's in edmonton. Their workers are incompetent, they can't follow simple directions on orders. I've given them a few chances on different items just because they are the closest to me but without fail. Every single time... they mess it up. It's comical at this point.

Steve has zero customer service and should be fired immediately. Absolute worst customer service I have ever received at any Tim Hortons. My husband and I went in to get breakfast, placed our order and left. We thought that everything was ok until we got to the car. My husband noticed that they got his breakfast sandwich wrong and put bacon instead of the sausage he asked for. I ran back in quickly cuz we were running late for work. I approached this Asian guy who was just standing at the till. So I approached him and told him that they got my order wrong and I wanted them to fix it. He decided to ask me if I picked up the wrong order. I was like no, because everything else in the bag was right, it was just the one sandwich. He was very rude talking to me and decided to basically just shoo me to the side pointing with his hand for me to basically just go to the side. I was so shocked but i decided to give him a benefit of the doubt and I said excuse me? He then shooed me again pointing with a very rude demeanour and attitude like I was some animal or something. I was so shocked I couldn’t believe it. I asked for the manager they told me the manager was not in. I told his co-worker to give me the manager’s phone number and I asked for the guys name cuz he didn’t have a name tag. The co-worker was so reluctant but she hesitantly wrote down the Asian guys name. His name is Steve. I told him that his customer service is horrible and shouldn’t work in this type of job. I have never ever been treated this horribly. I will never ever buy from this Tim Horton’s location ever again.

I arrived at 4:56 pm then I went to the line after a minute they told me we were closed so please leave here.my question is how after 5:08 pm there are customers who get their order, why does that happen to me?????????
