Great service and fresh food! I stopped by today and was impressed with how friendly and welcoming the staff were. My order was taken quickly, and everything came out hot and fresh. The restaurant was clean, and the team was attentive. Definitely one of the best fast-food experiences I’ve had in a while!

Getting staff to do their job is apparently too much to ask. Why have things on the menu online or in store is they are unavailable to order in the middle of the day? I tried to order a 3 meat pizza that comes with sausage at 3pm and they try to tell me they don’t have sausage and refuse to make more. Then staff want to give horrendous attitude and throw drink trays around cause they are asked to do their job. Terrible service. You get better service in the food court.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Tim Hortons for quite some time, but my recent experience at the Londonderry Mall location in Edmonton was quite disappointing. I ordered Timbits, and they were excessively oily. When I asked the staff for a replacement, they refused, telling me that’s how they come. The staff even mentioned that it’s supposed to be oily, which was surprising, as I’ve never experienced this before. I asked several times, and the way the staff spoke to me made me feel uncomfortable.

Didn’t even take a sip yet…☹️ should have gotten a medium. This was a French vanilla and I understand the foam is sometimes there due to the speed it comes out as but come on… take the 2 seconds to at least fill to the drink line as illustrated on the cup.
