Steve has zero customer service and should be fired immediately. Absolute worst customer service I have ever received at any Tim Hortons. My husband and I went in to get breakfast, placed our order and left. We thought that everything was ok until we got to the car. My husband noticed that they got his breakfast sandwich wrong and put bacon instead of the sausage he asked for. I ran back in quickly cuz we were running late for work. I approached this Asian guy who was just standing at the till. So I approached him and told him that they got my order wrong and I wanted them to fix it. He decided to ask me if I picked up the wrong order. I was like no, because everything else in the bag was right, it was just the one sandwich. He was very rude talking to me and decided to basically just shoo me to the side pointing with his hand for me to basically just go to the side. I was so shocked but i decided to give him a benefit of the doubt and I said excuse me? He then shooed me again pointing with a very rude demeanour and attitude like I was some animal or something. I was so shocked I couldn’t believe it. I asked for the manager they told me the manager was not in. I told his co-worker to give me the manager’s phone number and I asked for the guys name cuz he didn’t have a name tag. The co-worker was so reluctant but she hesitantly wrote down the Asian guys name. His name is Steve. I told him that his customer service is horrible and shouldn’t work in this type of job. I have never ever been treated this horribly. I will never ever buy from this Tim Horton’s location ever again.

I arrived at 4:56 pm then I went to the line after a minute they told me we were closed so please leave here.my question is how after 5:08 pm there are customers who get their order, why does that happen to me?????????

You know I choose to come here everyday since it opened and I get good service when the older ladies are working. But this past couple tinea when young ppl are working I get substandard service and unacceptable drinks. There either messy and rushed and wrong. You know how many times I ask for no whipcream and they still screw it up. This last time they laughed and thought it wasn't a big deal then scooped It out giving me a lower ice cap in 2. She tells me with additude that's how there supposed to be. Yet the one that buddy stopped on was full like usually. You know maybe if she didn't have additude or show some respectful customer service and just said sorry then made it again not treating it like a joke and getting self defensive after I point out a clear difference.... then maybe I would keep giving my business to this place. The older ladies don't ever seem to get my stuff wrong and I'm through that line up in ten min max.

I order a bagel and coffee I asked the associate nicely to change her cloves when she is doing my bagle she got upset and she did change her cloves after that she burned the bagel and start picking the crust of it I told her I don't want my order no more I called the Manger and instead of oplozise to me she start defining her employee by the way I am regular customer for this location but I will never go back again by the way I thought tim horton change the cloves every time they make an order I was surprise they don't,

I will never go to this Tim Hortons again. So sad that one employee chose to treat me like a piece of dirt. I do not like to complain, (which I am fully aware I am doing here) as everyone deserves to work.

This is the best Tim's in the city. Fernanda is awesome and has great staff. All the Karen's & Kent's complaining about wait times blah blah make your own coffee at home!

Honestly everyone that works here is amazing, I mobile ordered and they didn't have the item, they tried to swap it for me but I did not want to swap, and the next day I ordered they gave me the item I had ordered the previous day that I couldn't get love these ladies!!!
