This is a busy store but AJ was so patient with us the customers. She also recommended good food to pair with my drinks

Bad Experience at Tim Hortons

I visited Tim Hortons recently and had a disappointing experience. I ordered an Ice Capp and two Herb & Garlic pastries. The pastries I received were very cold, so I politely told the staff member, Sheron, that I would like fresh ones instead. However, she started arguing with me instead of helping. I even noticed her taking fresh pastries from the back, denying it when I asked.

This kind of service is really unprofessional and not what I expect from Tim Hortons. I hope the management looks into this issue and ensures better customer service in the future.

Worse experience ever, I ordered 2 croissant with veggies and double hashbrowns in each, what i got was ZERO veggies with one hashbrowne in each and still they charged me for double hashbrowns, extra veggies.
And Ordered 2 hot coffee's but they serves as cold as iced, their was a punjabi girl who don’t even know how to talk with their customers.

Never gonna come at this location..

Very Disappointed with the Service

Had a terrible experience with an employee named Nishant. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. We waited for almost 20 minutes just for a wrap, and after all that time, he casually told us it’s not available — without any apology or courtesy. When we asked questions, he spoke to us in a very disrespectful tone. This kind of attitude is not acceptable, especially from someone working at a reputed company like Tim Hortons. Employees like him ruin the experience for customers. Very disappointed.

today 13 march I ordered for the wrap to the punjabi girl she has joined now only like 2 weeks ago. she don't even know how to speak and treat. we asked for the extra sauce but there was nothing like that as the order was placed. Still she was speaking lie and then she made the order again and she just dump the whole sauce bottle and it was worst experience for me.

joan is a terrible manager she is extremely disrespectful and doesn’t know how to speak with customers she should definitely be fired or placed in the back so nobody has to deal with her attitude.

I recently interacted with Sharon at Tim’s and, unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. As someone who also works in the food sector, I understand the importance of treating customers with respect and maintaining a polite demeanor. However, Sharon’s attitude during our interaction was unprofessional and dismissive. Customer service requires patience and courtesy, and I hope she can work on setting her attitude aside while at work. Professionalism and respect go a long way in ensuring customer satisfaction. I trust this feedback will be taken constructively.

Horrible. A huge chunk of Advertised food and Beverages listed at this location are not available for purchase. Attitude from employees suck, can never get the food you want because they “don’t have it”,and they are notorious for closing earlier than given hours. Having worked in the service and food industry, I know that it is typical for people to claim they are “out” of food 20min to closing simply because they don’t want to make it. That, or given machines to make food have been shut down or “closed” earlier than they should be. It’s not a restaurant- it’s fast food. Shouldn’t close early like this- especially in an in a place like a university. AND if you claim to be out of said merchandise, why do I not have an issue getting said product the following day. Also. If you are unhappy working in service, do not work in Service. Employees 90% of the time are miserable and it’s easy to see in both speech and body language. If possible, go to a proper Tim’s location. Normally I am not the kinda of person to make a review like this…but after two months …I am Baffled

It’s worst tim hortons tbh

They're always understaffed so there's always a line. They don't offer basic items and drinks despite being a "full" Tims. You'll go one week and get something and the next week they don't have that, and not as in "we ran out", it's a "we don't sell that here".

Not much to say about the food, it's a Tim Hortons. The issue is the slow service with errors. At peak times it seems to be understaffed and more staff training needed. It should not take as long as it does to complete orders. It has a bit of a captive audience given its on campus location.
