They're always understaffed so there's always a line. They don't offer basic items and drinks despite being a "full" Tims. You'll go one week and get something and the next week they don't have that, and not as in "we ran out", it's a "we don't sell that here".

Not much to say about the food, it's a Tim Hortons. The issue is the slow service with errors. At peak times it seems to be understaffed and more staff training needed. It should not take as long as it does to complete orders. It has a bit of a captive audience given its on campus location.

Worse place they served me bacon when I asked for a turkey club house. Never ordering from this location pigs.

It's okay. The line is too long sometimes. But the service is satisfactory.

Probably the worst Tim Hortons in Edmonton. The staff are slow and usually standing around doing very little. The only reason they are in business with their terrible work ethic and service is the fact they have no competition. Half the time your order is wrong and the food is cold or sloppily put together.

I’ve had multiple bad experiences here. Can’t give it one star because one staff member is very nice and helpful.Today I bought a coffee and a muffin, after paying I asked the lady at the till if she could give me some change. She said no, and I would have to buy something else! ? great customer service. ??

The layout is a little weird, but they have everything you want from a Tim Hortons. Good coffee and snacks. Also, decent hours for being inside a post secondary institution.

Excellent customer service at this location of Tim Hortons.Though the queue is long during the lunch time but staffs are quite fast with taking orders and attending to customers.

Great stopping location for trips between Jasper and the city.
