Awful service. Yes its on campus and expected to be busy but to wait almost 30 minutes for a bagel is ridiculous. They called out the wrong order number for my order and took no accountability when I asked where it was 10 minutes later, only saying they "called it" and I missed it. Terrible location, avoid

Something needs to be done to speed up the lines, I swear 3 or 4 employees are on break at the busy times while 1 or 2 manage the customers. It’s insane to wait in line for a half hour.

Students obviously can’t not buy food in this location despite rude behaviours of workers and the terrible long wait to get the food. The red haired lady was extremely rude to this student who was taking a bit of time deciding, the student didn’t know the difference between crispy or slow cooked when the red hair lady asked. The student asked in the nicest way possible despite already being treated bad. The red hair lady didn’t even explain the difference but instead found it better to raise her voice and repeat the same thing over and over again as if the student will miraculously understand it if she enunciate it better! She was rolling her eyes and clearly embarrassing the girl by asking do you even know what crispy is? Obviously she doesn’t so why would she seven ask you if she knows in the first place? I’ve worked in the fast food industry for YEARS and while I know things could get overwhelming and frustrating, it is not acceptable to treat someone like that when they haven’t done anything wrong. The red hair lady was plain and simple very unprofessional and rude. Students are already stressed enough in campus and receiving treatment like that honestly isn’t helping anyone. I seriously suggest reconsidering keeping an employee with an attitude like this as I’ve seen many people complain about her but nothing is being done about it!

I went to this Tim Hortons on a Friday at 10 am and it was busy as excepted. I commend the staff for being able to work through a demand that saw around 30 people in line on top of mobile orders being rung through.

However I was deeply disturbed by the way one staff member —Elaine— was treating the other employees. She was rudely barking orders at coworkers and would audibly whine and complain when she was inconvenienced. I was astonished. She was also talking back to customers who were waiting for their orders. I hope she was not a supervisor, because this is in no way how a leader should act.

I understand that this location is busy but this was grossly unprofessional and of no way to treat another person. Fast food locations are expectedly fast paced and high stress environments. If you can’t handle that then you should consider working elsewhere. Everyone deserves respect, including those working minimum wage jobs and newcomers.

Please do better. If I see this again I will be escalating this to the higher ups.

The red hair lady Elane is a terrible person. She is not competent for her role although she seems to be the manager of this branch of being bossing to others. She is not familiar with the order system and charged me several dollars more. I also saw her not wearing portable gloves handing food and drinks. Her finger was dipping into the coffee! BTW, I had diarrhea after having the wrap this morning.

Do not go to this place! It’s a disaster, full of mess. They cannot remember what you have ordered and they just prepare random items and wish someone would take them. You have to ask many times to finally get what you want. It’s a total waste of time.

Horrible experience with one of the workers who is a Filipino man I'm guessing in his 30's, maybe 40's. I ordered a Jalapeno bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese but when my order was called and I walked over, someone else took my bagel by mistake. I assumed we had just ordered the same thing so I waited until they would call for that same bagel again but they never did. Finally a few minutes later they called for an everything bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese so I told the guy that I think the previous guy took my bagel by mistake so I was okay with just taking this one (since no one else was claiming it) and the worker than starts to get angry with me, blaming me saying how I am not paying attention and how I have my headphones on etc. I tell him that all I said was that someone accidentally took my bagel so I was okay taking this one and he just handed me the bagel aggressively.

It was barely 8 in the morning and this man was already in a horrible mood.. so rude and aggressive for no reason. I understand it gets busy and overwhelming and I'm sure they have their share of unpleasant customers but I was never rude to begin with. I was offering to take the wrong bagel to spare them having to make me a new one and he made me feel like an absolute idiot.

AVOID this location during busy lunch hours!! Staff are understandably rushing around to complete orders and are doing their best, but orders get mixed up and missed. You will be waiting 40+ minutes for food. (Drink only orders are faster coming out than food at this location, but separate Tim Hortons 10 m away that only does drinks is better option if not interested in getting food) Asked for refund and they preferred to make me wait additional 10 minutes to complete order. Order numbering system should be put in place for better order tracking.

worst Tims I’ve ever experienced, and in a surprisingly consistent way, based on my 8+ yrs experience here. I don’t even know where to start. They get everything wrong in every possible way. Sadly I like Tims coffee and don’t really have better options on campus.
