Terrible...the girls in the mornings have zero customer service skills...they treat you like a number not as a person, they are more concerned with rushing thru as many ppl as they can as quick as they can rather than good customer service, there is much more to good service than speed. I swear they talk as fast as they can to try keel you moving....
The one girl, I swear she just uses the word please after everything, hello please. What can I get you please, here you go please, thank you please, next please...😒
The most insincere words I've ever heard....her tone is always condescending and belittling...I will get her name next time

this specific tim hortons location is a complete disaster. not only was the food box i just bought less than five minutes ago leaking with some kind of liquid, but the food itself is a soggy mess, especially the eggs. now, to top it all off, i just checked my double stack wrap and there's some kind of random seed stuck to it. it's unsanitary and makes me question their food prep standards. to make matters worse, the staff is consistently and frustratingly dismissive, no matter what time i go. they act like they don't want to be there and treat customers as an inconvenience. it's unsanitary, unprofessional, and i would not recommend this location to anyone.

What a terrible terrible experience first off I had to repeat my order probably about eight times when I went up to the front, the girl was looking at me like I was from a space cloud. She had no idea what I was saying and I was asking for is extra cream so a new lady comes to the front. The new lady asks what I need I said extra cream in my iced coffee she said there is extra cream. I said I asked for extra cream. There isn’t any I can tell by the base of the colour of the coffee I get it all the time she slams the window. So completely unimpressed with her attitude I asked for the manager‘s name she refused to give it to me. She said she doesn’t have the authority to do so so I said that’s not the truth. You actually have to give them Manager‘s name if you’re working in a retail facility and someone’s not happy with how you’re acting what is your name she refused it so I turned off my truck and I waited in the drive-through until I got a name ; After me sitting there for about five or six minutes, the lady Says Rupinder is the manager she doesn’t have the authority to talk to me. She is in another country……………
I said OK great who’s the owner here then she said she doesn’t know the owner doesn’t deal with the company so something needs to Change here big time,
This is my first and my absolute last time coming to this location and if I continue to get treated like a piece of garbage when I go to the drive-through or inside and English is not understood when we were in an English-speaking country, then I won’t go to Tim Hortons anymore, and I know they don’t care because the business is coming in either way because of their brand but at the end of the day, whoever is the owner of this company Should be ashamed of who works for them .

Extremely poor customer service at this location , should hire new workers or should train them to treat customers , the girl who took my order has zero sense in customer service and was no attentive at all i went there around 1 pm . When i asked for a medium mango smoothie , she didn’t said a single word to confirm my order or might be i want something else . Even though she don’t asked me how i wanna pay or for scanning points . When i gave my order , she was looking here and there and was wispering in her headset to other workers and i was looking at her face to complete my order. Very disappointing .

This is a terrible Tim Hortons! I go here almost every day and the workers are incredibly rude. Every time I show up this one specific worker is always rolling her eyes at me and making rude and nasty remarks. The food was fine however when I walk in and ask for a bag they always charge me 20¢ for one and one day I went and the same worker started yelling and arguing with me calling me a liar for claiming that I’ve paid for a bag even though she was on of the workers that had charged me for one. Please hire better people because the ones working there are absolutely disgusting and horrible people.
