It's getting frustrating that they seem to close the tills down when ever they want; service is ok, but leaves me a poor experience when they close the tills for no apparent reason and I have to use the kiosk which I am not good at.

Worst experience. There is one philiphine lady age around 35-40 . She was very rude and didnot take my order properly and was showing attitude for no reason. She charged me for extra cream and milk which is not normal bz other tims dont do this usually. Such kind of ppl dont know ehat customer service is .

I ordered a bagel BELT today and there was no egg 😭. I order it every time I go and randomly had zero egg this time.
How does BELT (Bagel.Egg.Lettuce.Tomato) not mean egg??? BLT and BELT are two different things and I need more protein for my morning medication 😭

I asked an old women there to do a coffee and do lesss ice and she was likee why should i and she toldd it will be still lesss in quanity I asked her its ok but do minimum ice if possible she added ice after saying aswell and it was drinking water along the flavour of coffee should be concentrated on

i am expressing my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit to your establishment. I ordered a sausage and cheese sandwich, but unfortunately, the sandwich was missing the cheese that I paid for.

Additionally, when I politely asked for ketchup, the staff member who served me ignored my request and displayed a dismissive attitude, which made the experience even more disappointing.

Went to this location on Friday 3:25 PM and the staff told me that we are close when I checked the store Hours in their website it was supposed to be close on 3:30, they denied to serve me, I’m just wondering if this business belonged to these staff still they would denied to serve me?
