Need to train your staff properly .

I ordered an $8 bowl and I was expecting more portions in it since it was expensive. However, when i opened the bowl i barely got any. Very disappointed.

Kevin one of the worker he is so rude. He doesn’t have any sense how to talk to girls or customers. Please learn customer service first. You don’t even deserve one star.

This place is disgusting. Muffins always dry. French vanilla taste watery. Customer service is by far the worst I've seen at any Tim Hortons. The quality of the establishment is reflected on the team. It is the same team day in and day out on a usual basis. Tim Hortons is not Tim Hortons anymore and it's because of the service we get such as this establishment. You will not get my money and I know many other Canadians are already not going to Tim's anymore. The people running these places like a 3rd world food market. Me as a Canadian will now choose not to support these kinds of places as long as they're this ignorant of customer service and food handling practices.

It is sad and surprising to see they decide to close the store before the time I went for my night coffee added 830 p.m. the store was closed however, it was mentioned the store closes at 9:00 p.m. I wonder who is regulating them !!

Follow the standards properly please.. told 3 times in past that make my drink with proper standard.. can I get reply to this review from the manager until which line the yogurt goes into the smoothie ? If I ask for the proper yogurt amount why the staff start saying he must have to ask extra yogurt do I need to pay more ?

This is the worst place lack of hygiene and they don’t even know the customer service there is a girl I don’t know her name but she is so rude and she always do a lot of mistakes and then she is not ready accept them even the whole staff is so rude and unprofessional.So The incident happened today is one of the staff was cleaning the counter and they were serving with that hands only and the another staff was not changing the gloves in between preparing the food she was preparing the whole food with same gloves she was going inside and touching the doors and with those hands she was making the food.Worst place ever…They gave me the chipotle dip without the lid and it was spilled from the cover

Ordered a loaded buffalo chicken wrap with sub creamy BBQ.. and didn't receive until 5 mins.. but when I received my order it wasn't prepared well.. chicken must be glazed but the sauce was just poured.. and no creamy BBQ..it's not been a first time earlier also I didn't receive my orders prepared on time as well with standards.

I ordered French vanilla with one milk, and the indian guy there charged me an extra dollar! They provide the poorest of poor service and are always rushing the customers.
That guy must be the future heir of tim hortons, charging me an extra dollar for one milk that should be free is a diabolical move!!!

Definitely my last time buying from this store. Very poor customer service. I recently moved around this area and also work around this area so it's been real hard on me trying to adjust in a new place and since I work alot of hours I barely have time to cook. Therefore I've been coming in the store alot mostly every other day. I've noticed each time I come there's a particular worker who always gives me a funny look as if to say why your here and she even talk in her language with another co-worker then look at me and laugh. I specifically saw this and had to call them out cause it was so obvious and anybody could tell she was making fun of me to her co-worker. It's just sad cause you think they'd be appreciative to customers coming back to buy from them. That worker have done those things couple times so i know she actually meant it. She even under cooked my flat bread and burnt part of my bagel not too long ago. Like i told them this is my last time going there and buying anything from them. Some of these people shouldn't be allowed to work unless they learn to give proper customer service and leave their prejudice lifestyle out of the workplace. Too sad.
