There's a lady who works in the morning. She takes order and unfortunately she is very rude in terms of taking order no greetings especially in the morning. I would request the manager to train her in etiquette and understand what the client wants. She also can't take order correctly made mistakes multiple times. People like them is ruining the franchise causing bad reputation. I shall request to hire people who belongs to the customer service department.
On 12th Nov, my husband went and gave order. However, the lady was extremely loud and rude. Upon asking her tone of voice, the lady claimed that it's her natural voice and proceeded with our order with no sincere apology. I called, but the manager was unavailable. This particular branch has issues with people with no customer service training. I humbly request the manager and the owner to train or hire people who belong to this industry. This is the third time we are having issue.

I regret ordering the Cilantro Chicken Bowl. The portion size and foo quality was totally unacceptable and the meal had terrible presentation. This is now the second time I've had such a bad food experience at a Tim Hortons. Your management needs to step up and ensure consistency and quality.

Freaking Marcus man, had a positive attitude on the night shift at 8:30. I definitely would be grouchy to be serving people this late. He made sure I got excellent service. We had a job in the area near Grainger Edmonton, and this restaurant was the closest to our job site. We decided to have lunch here and were served hot and freshly cooked food. The service was timely, and the staff were polite and accommodating. Overall, a good spot for a quick and satisfying meal during work hours.

The Bagel BELT’s are made randomly and will have at least one (up to 5) of the following options automatically included: - Free external butter smear (bad) - Free slathering of chipotle (not in a good way) - Free doubling of protein (good - bank error in your favour) - No cheese - No tomato - No lettuce
