Every once in a while I forget why I never buy food here, then I do something dumb like order a muffin. Muffins should not be crunchy!!! How old is this thing? Coffee was mediocre and the place dirty as hell but I can forgive that. Can't forgive this garbage muffin though! Disappointed.

The cashier was very rude. I told him I wanted a chicken sandwich and he said they DID NOT have any.
He really wanted me to order him a Chicken Crave

It is the second time that I visit them and the Asian woman again attended to us and did not even say good morning to us

On August 9, 2024, I placed an order through the Tim Hortons app to pick up at this location. When I arrived, access to the restaurant was completely blocked by police due to an accident. I couldn’t collect my order, so I immediately called the location. Their response? It’s not their responsibility since the order was placed through the app, and I’d have to deal with the app team for a refund.
Since then, I’ve contacted the app support team multiple times. Each time, I was told the issue had been forwarded to the restaurant management team and that they’d reach out to me. It’s now November 27, 2024, and I have yet to hear from anyone at this location—or anywhere else in Tim Hortons’ system. Worse still, I haven’t been reimbursed for the order I never received.
To add insult to injury, I’ve now been informed that the app team has changed their system and wants me to file a brand-new request! After three months of waiting, following up, and being promised action, this is simply unacceptable.
If Tim Hortons allows customers to place orders at locations that become inaccessible, the very least they can do is ensure the customer is refunded promptly. This entire experience has been deeply frustrating and reflects poorly on both the app and this location’s management.
Tim Hortons, you need to do better. 😡

There was a Punjabi lady she behaved very rudely when she was surveying the food she,s act like a superstar. I request to the owner of the site please take action on this type of worker, so next she will not do like that.

You guys need a receipt order number because your service sucks so bad that u give orders to the wrong people and I'm one of them. It keeps happening, employees are so rude and doesn't know how to handle things professionally. You guys need to do better

Server made a mistake got part of my order wrong I politely asked for it to be fixed which they did however the manager was extremely rude about it she overtakes the till to complete the transaction and I tried to explain what happened she keeps cutting me off not letting me speak blaming her employee saying it's not the first time but the entire issue in my opinion is the management poor people skills and rude behavior

I visit this tim hortons almost everyday and I can honestly say in my opinion that this specific restaurant is the best I've been to in all of Alberta, great people, fast service, drinks are always amazing! I dont know his name but he works week days in the morning in drive thru window, my absolute favorite employee! He needs a raise!!!

25 minute wait in the drive through. Left side of the drive through is even slower with the right side blocking the left side from advancing at times. This doesn’t make for happy customers. I think this location is under staffed
