ordered a plain bagel toasted with butter and received cold bagel with unmelted butter on it.when i told them to fix it they just wiped off the butter.

It is a good dark roast and also a satisfying pack from TGTG. There's nothing that I can complain with especially, I think their Filipino staff were well trained.

I ordered a dark roast and a pack of TGTG while waiting to pick up my girl from the school bus. Although the general reviews here were not so impressive but I think contacting Guest Care team is unnecessary. 🤣😅

I had a disappointing experience at Tim Hortons today. I decided to order inside instead of using the drive-thru, but I ended up standing there for 10 minutes without being served. One of the staff members noticed me but didn’t acknowledge or communicate that she would assist me after finishing her task. It felt unprofessional and left me questioning the level of customer service at this location
