I am a regular customer in this location. Since I went here til now they gave a good service. Food is excellent, service was fast and the store is always clean and organized. The staff know me very well. They are so friendly

Bad bad bad service as usual. Please stop hiring rough foreign workers they come from places with no manners or service standards. They can’t be trained. Then they bring this bad behaviour to your business.

I had a disappointing experience at Tim Hortons today. I decided to order inside instead of using the drive-thru, but I ended up standing there for 10 minutes without being served. One of the staff members noticed me but didn’t acknowledge or communicate that she would assist me after finishing her task. It felt unprofessional and left me questioning the level of customer service at this location
