The slowest TH I have ever been to. I chose not to go through drive through because I know they are slow. Went inside to just get a coffee. I waited 10 min with no service because they were packing the order for pick up.People were lining up behind me and the little guy that was working front was not even acknowledging anybody. I ended up leaving. All I wanted was a coffee.Suggestion to the manager of this TH.Get in touch with a manager of Victoria Trail TH, I swear they ate the best run TH inthe city and so fast.

Slowest drive thru i ever been!15 minutes in the drive thru!!!
Ordered a Medium Ice Coffee with less Ice. Ended up getting my ice coffee not even full!Asked the crew why my drink wasn’t full, he said it’s the NEW RULE. Just because I requested for a less ice on my drink doesn’t mean you won’t fill up my drink?Plus! The crew wasn’t paying attention to my order. Instead they all chatting personal stuff. Theres no Sense of Urgency within the staff while working. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Their drive through is awful. Countless orders wrong, wraps didnt even bother to roll it up and spilled, wrong coffee order (asked for xl french, got a l black), some of the wrap bread tasted old and stale as if it was from 2 days ago and so on, overall garbage place, across the bridge is two tims, much rather drive few extra minutes for better service

This Tim's is ok. I agree with another reviewer that their main focus is drive-thru. Service in drive thru is decent. However, it's frustrating to come into the store to see 6(or more) employees on the drive thru side and not even notice when a customer comes in. A couple of employees walked by going to the kitchen but didn't acknowledge me or didn't mention to their coworker that someone is there to order.... not only this but the display shelves are all tall - all the employees there are shorter than the displays, and I imagine it makes it hard to see there is anyone entering the restaurant - making for poor service.Another annoying thing was last time I got a mocha (using drive thru), it was gross... first, it usually comes with whipped cream, you could tell none was added (even when it melts away you can if it was there) the employee taking the order didn't ask if i wanted whipped cream or not... Second, the hot chocolate machine was probably not working cause all I got was disgusting watered down coffee and only noticed when I got home. Luckily, I had hot chocolate powder to add to it to make it drinkable.Double check your mocha's or hot chocolate's before leaving this (or any Tim's for that matter..) restaurant to avoid disappointment!
