Drive through is very slow, several occasions now staff seem to be not paying attention, rude, “can’t be bothered to be here and work” type attitude. Got handed several wrong items in drove through, checked each bag that was given to me first and every time I handed something back to say “I didn’t order this” or missing something, etc, lady never said anything, and then when I continued to check my bags and questioned her handing me stuff to be sure , she seems annoyed. Staff seem to be unbothered and not wanting to be at work. Poor, slow service.

Multiple times I have been given a coffee when I ordered a tea…. They also seem to always miss writing on the cup lid what the drink is so you are unsure what you are given. Would not recommend coming here.

Disappointing Stock Issues at Tim Hortons – Windermere and Hiller Road Movati Area Locations

I’m very disappointed with the Tim Hortons locations in the Windermere area, specifically at Currents and Hiller Road. Almost every time I visit after 5 PM—especially through the drive-thru—they’re out of stock on multiple items. No matter what I ask for, the response is usually, “We don’t have that” or “We don’t carry it at this location.”

It’s incredibly frustrating that Tim-bits, Donuts one of the most basic and popular items, are consistently unavailable in the evenings. On top of that, they almost never have cheese croissants or even regular croissants. Either they sell out way too fast or they simply don’t stock enough to meet demand.

For a brand as established as Tim Hortons, this kind of poor inventory management is unacceptable. Management really needs to step in and ensure these locations are better stocked throughout the day, especially during peak evening hours.

As a loyal customer who lives in the area, I hope these issues are addressed soon.

This location seems to be getting worse and worse. Drive through times are insanely long, and I would say orders are wrong over 50% of the time. I had a BELT breakfast bagel this morning that was full of egg shells... I'm done eating food at this location.

2.5/5. It is hard to say about this Tims. I have met both super friendly and super negligent employees. The patterns are pretty easy to find.🫤People going through drive through should pay attention to what they end up getting. They just messed up with my coffee today. I ordered a large with 1 milk and ended up getting 1m2s😵‍💫. This doesn’t happen a lot but still frustrating when it happens.

Lady in the drive through was clearly not a morning person, very rude. They also forgot to put mayo or any dressing, my sandwich was beyond dry!! This chain used to be a great "before road trip", now is just disappointment every time.

Just went through the drive-thru of this location with an offer FROM THEIR APP. I mention it on the speaker she doesn’t say anything. She scans it at the window but doesn’t even look if the discount is applied and tries to make me pay. When I tell her the discount did not apply she proceeds to tell me that it’s because I ordered a London fog and that doesn’t apply even though the offer is for a specialty tea. I tell her that I’ll take a specialty tea instead and then all of a sudden her colleague is telling me that their system doesn’t work with the offers even if they scan it. This is quite confusing… why have the Tim Hortons app with offers for customers when it doesn’t even work. I even asked if they could do it manually, as managers used to do it when I worked in customer service and they just said no. False advertisement , faulty system and poor customer service. Very disappointed in my experience.

I had such a wonderful experience at Tim Hortons, all thanks to Ana, the supervisor who went above and beyond to help me with my order. She was incredibly patient, attentive, and ensured everything was exactly as I wanted it. Ana’s warm demeanor and friendly service made my day, and she truly exemplifies excellent customer service. It’s clear she takes pride in her work, and Tim Hortons is lucky to have someone as dedicated and caring as her on their team. Thank you, Ana, for making my visit exceptional!
