I visited Tim Hortons today at around 12:35 pm, and I was very disappointed with the hygiene and overall experience. When I went to order a Boston Cream donut, I saw flies on the donuts in the display rack. Instead of discarding the food, staff simply pulled the rack back, which is very concerning from a food safety perspective.
In addition, the tables in the dining area were extremely sticky and did not appear to have been cleaned properly. To make matters worse, while I was there, a staff member was taking out the garbage and was banging the cans very loudly, creating an unpleasant and unprofessional environment.
Cleanliness and food safety are basic expectations in any food establishment, and unfortunately, this location failed to meet them.

I visited this place this morning i order the wrap and a drink the wrap was so perfect and the drink was very fresh and was made perfect and staff was so friendly. The store was very clean and well maintained

Slow drive through, staff talks over you as you order and then get your order wrong. If you try to get your order fixed, they argue and then act upset that they need to fix the mistake... and then mess it up again, so you never get what you ordered.

The overall staff is nice but very quick working, especially focusing on the drive through the most, They also did forget my order twice in the past but anyways the inside is decent compared to some other tim Hortons and the iced cap is just 👌

I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru today. I ordered two Farmers Wraps and three breakfast combos (English muffin, hash brown, and coffee). However, the staff member taking my order insisted that the system was associating the combo with the Farmers Wrap instead of the English muffin and said she couldn’t proceed. Instead of just entering the correct individual items (why should it even matter what’s in the combo?), she seemed confused and passed it on to another team member—who also couldn’t help due to a lack of context.

Eventually, I had to drive up to the window to clarify everything. Even then, they only gave me two coffees instead of three. I had to point this out myself and place a separate order just to get the missing coffee.

The real issue started with the first staff member taking the order — the situation clearly showed poor training and communication. The other staff tried to step in and stayed calm, which I appreciated, but still, no one apologized throughout the entire interaction—not even a basic “sorry for the mix-up.” That’s just common courtesy.

Today I went to pick up 4 of the coffee gallons for a funeral. The cashier was very cheerful and one of the girls in the back helped me to take them to the car that was parked super far away. I appreciated their extra help, specially today.

The staff here are consistently friendly and provide excellent service. They always have my go-to dark roast coffee with double cream and double sugar ready, which is the perfect pick-me-up before starting my night shift. This Tim Hortons location never disappoints.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Extremely rude staff. She threw the food inside the car, she was fighting with the other staff in their native lamguage. Tim Hortons if you are hiring y or filipino staff please teach them to be polite and not shout on customers. Its Canada and we need to respect this country and its people.
