My husband and I love the Bakery 😄 The team always tries to be friendly (I understand how difficult it is due to such a flow of people). Delicious coffee and drinks Excellent seasonal baking, especially autumn is clearly expressed in tastes and smells. This is wonderful!

The bread tasted stale, hardly warm, and the customer service is not helpful. Basic things like putting a sleeve on a coffee cup seems like a tedious task. It's ok though I've found if I spend money at a mom and pop place I will likely have a significantly better experience.

I wanted to share my experience from my recent visit. When I arrived around 12:30, one of the staff members greeted me, and I responded politely, asking for just a moment. However, the response I received—"Hindi naman kita minamadali ate!"—felt dismissive, especially considering my efforts to communicate respectfully.
As a full Filipino who grew up here, I found this interaction upsetting and it made my entire day bad. I genuinely hope that future customers receive a more positive experience.

Not sure if this Tim Hortons changed owners or what, but the service at this establishment is lacking. Quite a few of the staff is not friendly at all and they take forever to give you your order, which is at least once a week is incorrect. I should add that I got there every morning before work. In the past it was great but all new staff and they are soooooo slow. Need to step up your game Tim's.
