The last two times my husband and I ordered our coffees here, it has a disgusting chemical taste to it. It's obvious that they don't clean their coffee pots properly. There is also a huge presence of transients in the area, so be wary. It's safer to go through 119 ave than Wayne Gretzky Drive (you have to go around the 7-11 convenience store, which is now closed) if you are planning to go through the Drive-thru.

There very quick usually but not much accuracy or good comes from it. Breakfast sandwiches on bread bcs they refuse to toast properly even when asking for well toasted. Coffee wrong and don’t look at the second lane as quicker as they will take 3 from one line and then take yours.

With any luck this will have been my last cup of Tim Hortons coffee. The quality just isn't there anymore.

Disappointing Experience with Online Orders at Tim Hortons – A Frustrating Waste of Time

I’ve given the Tim Hortons’ app a chance twice now, and both times, I’ve ended up frustrated and disappointed. Each time, I placed and paid for my order in advance, expecting the convenience of a quick drive-through experience. But both times, when I pulled up, I was told the items I had already paid for were out of stock.

This was not only disappointing but also incredibly inconvenient. Since the app didn’t indicate that the items were unavailable, I was left holding up the drive-through line as I tried to get a refund. This left me feeling embarrassed, frustrated, and, frankly, cheated. Having to wait for staff to process my refund in a busy line defeats the purpose of using the app for convenience.

If this were a one-time issue, I might have understood, but twice in a row? Clearly, there’s a lack of communication between the app and the in-store inventory. This experience has not only shaken my trust in Tim Hortons’ online ordering system but also reflects poorly on their customer service.

It’s disappointing to see a major brand like Tim Hortons fail to deliver basic customer service and convenience. Until they fix their app to reflect real-time availability, I won’t be using it again.

The female workers are low key rude, they have issues with other women, I treat people pretty well and respectfully, but these female workers are immature , Grow up and do your simple job, also turn up the volume on your ear pieces and the intercom outside.

Always be lucky you are on the way and someone is ready to serve you better with hospitality.

Well, where do I begin. Went to this location yesterday shortly after 9pm knowing that they are closing at 11pm (google displayed this time for both inside and drive through). However, we were kicked out by a male worker at 10pm who told us they close inside at 10 and they need to clean. What? I am sorry, but this is not acceptable… excuse me guys, but first change your working hours in social media… my friends and I are totally disappointed.. if I could I would put zero stars.. thank you for your hospitality..

This Tim's was just atrocious. As someone who used to work at a Tim Hortons, their sandwich making speeds were just horrid.

Not only was their pacing and overall speed horrible, they didn't even make my order right. No sauce, no chicken. Just the rice mix and lettuce. My sandwich was no better. I've never had bacon as cold as it was with as little sauce as there was.
