I ordered my favourite small steeped tea two cream and one sugar. They gave me one which was not hot, not even warm. After the first sip, I told them that it was not hot. He asked me if he wanted to heat it in the microwave. I said no, and asked for a fresh hot one. He said it will still be the same one because I put two creams in it. Two creams one sugar small steeped tea is my regular drink, and they were always hot. At least that is how Tim Hortons advertises it. He made another one, which was also as cold as the first one. I said that I do not want that and left it on the pick up table. He did not seem to be bothered about it.
After I finished eating the muffin I went back and asked for the manager. The lady staff said that the manager was not on duty. When I talked about my concern, she said that the cream would be cool sometimes and that is why tea was not hot enough. what...
The man who served came to us and I shared the concern again. I was disappointed that they did not care about not serving me warm tea. He made another one again which was hot. But it took me discarding two teas, going back and asking them again and again and wasting time.
I hope Tim Hortons store cared about the quality of the tea they serve in this store.
Had a great experience in this location! The service was fast and the staff were friendly! Definitely coming back to this location! Awesome service!
Went through the drive through. Person on the radio tried to push some ridiculous seasonal food- we had an allergy to the major ingredient- and while even suggesting something to us at all is already incredibly rude, she then decided to completely ignore our order once we declined her suggestion, so we had to repeat our order to the next person to grab the radio from her.
Food and Staff are nice making it fresh and fast at the same time its just the too people sleeping inside not sure if homeless but with a lot of gabage bags inside that bothers me. Others asking money while im in line to get my food. i want to stay but no space because of them.
my order serve fast. love it here
What was the outcome of the security guard? Along with this situation? Did he really harass that individual intentionally, and was he fired for it?
The last two times my husband and I ordered our coffees here, it has a disgusting chemical taste to it. It's obvious that they don't clean their coffee pots properly. There is also a huge presence of transients in the area, so be wary. It's safer to go through 119 ave than Wayne Gretzky Drive (you have to go around the 7-11 convenience store, which is now closed) if you are planning to go through the Drive-thru.

There very quick usually but not much accuracy or good comes from it. Breakfast sandwiches on bread bcs they refuse to toast properly even when asking for well toasted. Coffee wrong and don’t look at the second lane as quicker as they will take 3 from one line and then take yours.

Disappointing Experience with Online Orders at Tim Hortons – A Frustrating Waste of Time
I’ve given the Tim Hortons’ app a chance twice now, and both times, I’ve ended up frustrated and disappointed. Each time, I placed and paid for my order in advance, expecting the convenience of a quick drive-through experience. But both times, when I pulled up, I was told the items I had already paid for were out of stock.
This was not only disappointing but also incredibly inconvenient. Since the app didn’t indicate that the items were unavailable, I was left holding up the drive-through line as I tried to get a refund. This left me feeling embarrassed, frustrated, and, frankly, cheated. Having to wait for staff to process my refund in a busy line defeats the purpose of using the app for convenience.
If this were a one-time issue, I might have understood, but twice in a row? Clearly, there’s a lack of communication between the app and the in-store inventory. This experience has not only shaken my trust in Tim Hortons’ online ordering system but also reflects poorly on their customer service.
It’s disappointing to see a major brand like Tim Hortons fail to deliver basic customer service and convenience. Until they fix their app to reflect real-time availability, I won’t be using it again.
