Bad custromer service, the worker was listening to music while I'm standing for the order. She did not saw me atleast for 3-4 minutes even I was calling her. She was listening loud music and was not aware whats going on in restuarent.

I spent about $13 at this Tim Hortons and ordered a Boston Cream donut among other items. Unfortunately, the donut was put upside down in the bag, so all the chocolate topping stuck to the paper. On top of that, I wasn’t given any napkins. When I asked, I was handed only one napkin — for a whole $13 order. That just felt really cheap and disappointing.
I hope they improve their packaging and customer service, because small things like this really affect the overall experience.
