We went to Canada place to submit our passports, if you are going make sure to go early as there will be a long line and wait time. Timothy's was a nice little spot at the bottom floor. Their chai latte is a must try ( I had it with oatmilk which was lovely to see that they had alternative milk options). The customer service was very nice. The chai latte was so sweet so I'd recommend one pump less than he recommended when ordering the chai latte. I had two myself and finished my husbands! Yes it's that delicious. I couldn't try any of the pastries unfortunately as they all had dairy so my suggestions would be if they could make a few pastry choices for those with dietary restrictions. That would be nice. Perhaps some vegan, dairy free options would have been nice to see as most other restaurants do it. Anyway if you are getting anything done at Canada Place be sure to check them out one floor down from the main floor.

Anyone who claims that the Saigon Dark coffee is so good it will, and I quote honestly from the young lady who served me, will "make my nipples hard!" deserves as many compliments as possible. Great coffee, and wonderful staff with simply magnificent words of truth in how a coffee will illicit a physical reaction with great accuracy!The young lady who poured that coffee surprised me in a delightful way, which is also odd as Canada Place is a federal liberal stronghold with not much in the way of a sense of humour and who are very quick in complaining about even the slightest of offences. Thank goodness no one heard her words of how a cup of coffee would make me feel!To the boss who runs this Timothy's, you have an excellent staff who are working in a sea of external mediocrity, constantly being harassed and rightfully so by Rex Murphy of the National Post. They all need a raise.

I bought two coffees here and a bagel throughout the day. Nice staff and tasty coffee/good bagel. They have peanut butter as a vegan option for bagels which is really nice.
