I found Tiramisu Bistro on TikTok & recommended by a co-worker. I was excited to try it based on all the good reviews—but my experience was a complete nightmare.
We came on a Saturday (without reservations, fully aware it would be busy) and were told there would be a 1-hour wait. The host recommended we wait at Lyft Me Up cafe next door and said we’d get a text when our table was ready. We agreed.
We ordered a cinnamon bun and sat there for about 30 minutes. As the cafe got busier and new customers needed tables, we decided to head outside to free up space. We waited another 25 minutes outside before returning to check in—only to be told I had canceled my reservation, which I absolutely did not.
They added us back on the list and said we were next. Another 25 minutes passed before we were finally seated.
We placed our order, and 20 minutes later the host came back to say their machine had broken and our order was never sent to the kitchen. Everything had to be re-entered manually.
At this point, we had been waiting for over 2.5 hours. When the food finally arrived, the order was completely wrong.
I rarely complain, especially when it’s a busy weekend, but this was extremely disorganized. I spoke to the host and shared how disappointing the entire experience was. We were given 25% off, but honestly—it didn’t make up for how frustrating the visit was.
Would not recommend. The hype is definitely not worth the hassle.

Beautiful place, amazing food, and great service from Travis
One of my favourite places in the city! Great food, and really cute vibe. Staff are very friendly! Sam and Kelsey especially are lovely servers. :)
The place is really good! I would recommend going here for most nights, breakfasts, brunches, or anything else. The best thing I’ve tried here is by far the calamari appetizer. This appetizer is so good that words can barely describe it. And its sauce was something out of our world. Only bad part is it’s a bit pricey not to much and that the waitress spilled on our table but fortunately she came back and cleaned it. It has very good food, service and appetizers and I would recommend this for almost anyone. I had a very good time here especially since I got to spend time with my whole family and since it’s Eid
The service here was so lovely! Our server Kelsey was incredibly kind and accommodating without question (not to mention fun). I would come back, hands down!
Pizza was yummy.
Kelsey was such a great server I would come back here just for her!
Great drinks. Great food. Awesome bakery.
Great all-round date night experience. Love this place.

Good food. Looking for parking was an issue for us when we visited.

Quaint eatery/bakery. Service was good. The coffee recommended to us was very strong because of the double espresso part of the coffee machine. The food was very tasty, and regular coffee helped after the very strong coffee. The server was entertaining and helped with making food choices.

Delicious food. Reservation is recommended if you are on a time crunch or with a group. Pictured is the Mascarpone Crepe, which I loved.

A little pricey but it was very nice. The only mark against them was that the hot chocolate wasn't quite as sweet as you'd expect

A delight for brunch! The place was packed which is a testament to its popularity. A good selection of unique twists to brunch favorites. The food was excellent in taste though maybe the portion size was a bit small given the pricing. However, it was more than adequate. The service was a bit slow but it was very busy. A great place for a nice brunch.
