This might be one of the cutest restaurants in Edmonton. The design of this place, from the outside to the interior to the bakery, is immaculate. Felt like I was in Gilmore girls lol.

It was however super crowded when we went and quite loud. It’s a bit overstimulating in there especially the bakery which was also crowded. When we went there was a little bit of a line (expected, it was Saturday brunch time), but thankfully we had a reservation.

In terms of the food, it was alright. Standard brunch food, not bad but not amazing. I got the braised beef eggs benny. The beef was cooked in a slightly sweet sauce. The tiramisu latte pretty much tasted like a mocha with whipped cream. The cinnamon rolls we got from the bakery were good. I got the seasonal pumpkin one which was very saucy (lost in the sauce, literally😔).

I will be back for the vibes and their dinner menu, which I have yet to try.

We went here for dinner for my friend’s birthday and left disappointed. I ordered the shrimp and scallop pesto pasta and my two friends ordered the salmon pesto pasta. The shrimp scallop pasta was flavourless and had only 3 small shrimp for $31. The salmon pesto pasta had just a few flakes of salmon in the whole dish for my friends. The apple gin sour myself and my friend ordered was quite underwhelming and nothing like what was described on the menu. We mentioned these items to the server and he gave us a discount on our food. They also replaced our drinks but really this really wasn’t impressive. Our waiter agreed. It left us all feeling like they really need to rethink their menu, ingredients, portions if they want to stay in business for years to come. We won’t be back.

The food was excellent! The ambience as always was amazing and Leah our server made perfect recommendations! There’s a reason this is my favorite Edmonton spot for special occasions and cozy brunches.

We were 4 people for lunch at noon today 3 dec. I made a reservation but was place in a cold corner for 3 people . Three settings , 3 menus .There were lots of other tables .
The waitress was nice enough but took her time and didn’t explain that if we wanted dessert we had to go up to the bakery to order our own dessert and so we sat and waited for the waitress to finally come over and then tell us to walk over to bakery ? What type of service ? The were lots of nice seating but I got stuck against the cold window , squashed in a tiny table . Why did I bother even to make a reservation?

This is one of the worst cappuccinos in the city. Coffee tasted burnt, milk was over heated when steamed. Cinnamon bun was mid at best.
