The food was pretty good but I got food poisoning from these guys two years in a row (lol, and on my birthday). The atmosphere was wonderful but the server I had was incredibly rude, almost to the point of preventing me from using the rest room because she seemed to think that I wanted to go in to the kitchen(?). It was a strange experience both times and to be honest, wildly disappointing for such a highly rated brunch spot.

The food is always delicious. Nice atmosphere. My husband and I have been here probably 20 times. Every 6 months when we come to town we make a point of going 1 or 2 times. They never disappoint.Parking: Sometimes if the free street parking is full all we do is part in the nearby residential area and walk a couple blocks to the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Our baby eats something like egg and avocado, makes a huge mess on the floor and the servers are always gracious about it.

I’ve been to Tiramisu several times over the last few years and everytime I ask myself why did I bother to come back? Service is really poor, food is mediocre and the prices are steep. Yes the atmosphere is nice but I always leave feeling bad? This last visit our server took so long to come and take our order, my son and I had enough time to go to the bathroom and come back and still wait before they took our order. Our server delivering the food was curt and cold. No one ever came back to ask if our food was okay or to replenish drinks. When we were finished we waited again for a really long time to receive our bill, eventually we had to get up and request our bill. I had leftovers and they didn’t even offer me a takeout box. At that point I was over it and didn’t even request one. Their tipping option starts at 18% - which I have no issue with if the service is actually good. It is really frustrating as a consumer to eat at such places that provide such poor service and set their mandatory tip limit at 18% to start. Not sure how they justify that? I also went to the bakery next door after my meal and received the same poor service. I stood around while the person at the counter literally avoided making eye contact with me until I asked where I can order. To which she seemed confused and finally said I could order with her. The whole experience left me feeling uncomfortable and oddly judged. Will not be returning. For the price, you’re better off going to the Fairmont where you will atleast be treated like a human being and courtesy.

So when we arrived I asked if we would be able to be seated in one of the domes and was informed that unfortunately that on the weekends they are fully reserved. So I said that was fine and I know for next time… a few moments later the hostess informed me that she had managed to make room in the one dome after all if we wanted to sit outside and we were all excited and said of course. We actually arrived during the brunch menu which was fine and I will say that the Mascarpone Crepe is AMAZING and really filling. We also ordered dessert which was sooo delicious.. we had a caramel cheesecake, a raspberry cheesecake and a chocolate torte. This restaurant was on my bucket list and we will be back again ????.

I love this restaurant for it's ambiance and menu. Lots of great options.I would have liked to see a few more options for smaller portions, more bite sized options.But overall, still an excellent option when looking for a ?️ along 124th!
