The owner at the windermere location is extremely rude!! And I have heard this from a few people i know He downright does not care about how to speak to a customer. Therefore, instead of buying and giving my money to him on buying my birthday cake, i walked out.
He does not deserve my money. Fix the attitude.

Cheesecake - in the shape of a piece of cheese! Mango Pineapple dessert - wow wow wow! Chocolate Strawberry dessert - this one was probably one of the top favs that we tried! Chocolate Cherry dessert Chocolate Hazelnut dessert - we also had a pumpkin shaped one instead not sure what the flavor was but the shape was so fall! So darling! Coffee Mascarpone dessert - I don’t think we got this one but instead had a Pistachio Cherry mousse which was an absolute favourite!! And the cube shape was so epic!

Great cake design and great taste. Today we had the choclate hazlenut dessert. It's a cake that's not to sweet and has many different texturial layers to it. There's choclate covering, choclate mouse, and a crunchy layer in the middle. The small hearts contain a black forest cake flavour. Overall Very tasty!

The cake is good, but the person at the counter does not know how to talk to a customer or work in the customer service industry. Their prices certainly do not reflect the hospitality they provide.
Edit: I did not request anything special as a owner you don't have to be so defensive and be open to criticism if you did not provide good service. All I have to say is the man who took my order was very rude.

I went to their Windermere location today. It's a small place but with a nice ambience. But I have to bring this to the customers attention that the guy on the counter served me needs more customer service training. The gesture I got while purchasing cakes was very weird at the same time negative as if he doesn't care if he cannot accommodate customers'needs or requests. Need much more work on handling customers. At the end of the day it's not only about your famous food that brings the customers back it's their experience they desire which brings them there again and again.

The Best! They taste as good as they look and they look stunning. The price is a bit higher but you are getting what you pay for. No fondant, filler or artificial flavors. We were looking for a legit cake spot, glad we found this place.

We tried this place out a few weeks back and have had the strawberry-grapefruit dessert, the black current-lime dessert, pistachio-cherry dessert, pistachio-lime-raspberry dessert and a few of their macarons. Each item was incredibly tasty but my favorite is the strawberry-grapefruit dessert.
Some have noted that the prices are higher than they are accustom to however in this case, you get what you pay for - something that is incredibly delicious and made from good quality ingredients. Personally, I would rather buy 1 of something amazing then, 3 of something cheap and unsatisfying.
What you will not be getting is something that is sickly sweet, dry yet oily cake and all the usual problematic issues with cakes made with poor quality ingredients.

The chocolate strawberry one tastes amazing (the heart one). Chocolate and strawberry pair very well, and the flavor is rich. The cheesecake is cute, but to airy for my liking. The pistachio and cherry (in white) is sweeter than I expected, but the pistachio adds a nice crunch. The eclair and coffee is average. Small and friendly bakery, good service
Absolutely incredible desserts. Incredible service great contributor to the community. Staff is so friendly. These desserts are elevated and delicious.
