Took 30 minutes to start making my food after ordering. Prepared skip the dishes stuff that came in on their machine before they prepared my food. Quantity and quality of food is not worth the value. Dont think this location can handle skip the dishes, uber eats, and serve local customers at the same time.

Tokyo express is not a place I frequent but this location wasn’t great and it was during a slow time.
Buddy was in front of me, it took the staff way too long to get through his order, and then the next person orders. During which the previous dude comes up again because they did his order wrong and the proceed to serve him again to the point of him making another transaction.
By this time 15 minutes have passed.
I finally get to order, and the amount of upselling taking place at the till was a bit much. No I don’t want the iced tea, no I don’t want the days special, no I don’t want green onion cakes.
Many prompts and things happened in that visit that made me not want to return. All for mediocre food.

Service was excellent! Waitstaff was very kind and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was great!
The sushi and spring rolls are so good and also the teriyaki rice bowl. Highly recommend for sushi in the area!
