Just got back from visiting this place at lunch. I was SO impressed by the exceptional staff and pleasant service. This was surprisingly one of the top 5 to 10 customer service experiences I have had in Edmonton. Bravo team Tokyo Express!
been coming to this location for many years now ever since the Japanese owners were there and i still love it here! Das took my order a couple times now and his customer service was amazing! he keeps me coming back (as well as the good food they are making). I come there around night and it’s common to see tired staff (understandably) but not him, he definitely goes above and beyond. Thanks Das for making my experience better!
I've been here many times and while I always enjoy the food, Das made this experience an absolute pleasure. His customer service was a nice treat and a welcomed surprise since such a friendly character is a rare find these days.
